Establecimiento de una reserva de la sociedad civil en el municipio de Urrao Antioquia, vereda San Agustín.

Por lo general, las personas que conservan zonas boscosas no se registran ante la Unidad Nacional de Parques Naturales, debido a la falta de conocimiento en los pasos y papelería necesaria. Por esta razón, se llevó a cabo el trámite para la creación de una Reserva Natural de la sociedad Civil (RNSC) ante Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia, en el municipio de Urrao Antioquia- vereda de San Agustín Finca La Violeta; para indicarle a los lectores de este documento, cual es el procedimiento detallado para conservar un área boscosa bajo esta figura de conservación; como también, contribuir con la conservación de los recursos naturales que sostienen la biodiversidad del lugar. Para llevar a cabo este registro y obtener la resolución de aprobación como RNSC, se ejecutaron unos pasos requisitos (administrativos, legales y técnicos). Desde el aspecto administrativo- legal, se suministró documentación personal del propietario y evidencia legal de la propiedad del terreno; y desde el aspecto técnico, se realizó una breve reseña descriptiva sobre las características del ecosistema, por medio de un inventario forestal donde se establecieron 5 parcelas temporales aleatorias, en las cuales se identificaron y midieron todos los árboles con circunferencia a la altura del pecho ≥ 2cm de CAP. Se evaluó la estructura del bosque por medio de distribuciones diamétrica y la diversidad alfa por medio de los índices de riqueza específica, Margalef, Simpson y Shannon. De acuerdo con el valor obtenido en los índices evaluados, se concluye que, aunque la diversidad en la reserva es baja, el impacto ecológico se verán reflejados en la zona, en la medida de que esta reserva se conserve y continúe su proceso sucesional; además, desde el aspecto social, se reflejará impacto desde la educación y turismo ambiental que se le pueda ofrecer a los habitantes de la zona.

In general, people who preserve forested areas do not register with the National Unit of Natural Parks, due to the lack of knowledge in the steps and necessary paperwork. For this reason, the process for the creation of a Natural Reserve of Civil Society (RNSC) before National Natural Parks of Colombia was carried out in the municipality of Urrao Antioquia- vereda de San Agustin, La Violeta property; to indicate to the readers of this document, what is the detailed procedure to conserve a wooded area under this figure of conservation; as well as, contribute with the conservation of the natural resources that sustain the biodiversity of the place. In order to carry out this registration and obtain the resolution of approval as RNSC, some steps were executed (administrative, legal and technical). From the administrative-legal aspect, documentation of the owner and legal evidence of ownership of the land was provided; and from the technical aspect, a brief descriptive review was made on the characteristics of the ecosystems, by means of a forest inventory where 5 random temporary plots were established, in which all trees with a circumference at chest height were identified and measured ≥ 2cm of CAP The forest structure was evaluated by means of diametric distributions and alpha diversity through the specific richness indices, Margalef, Simpson and Shannon. According to the value obtained in the evaluated indices, it is concluded that although the diversity in the reserve is low, the ecological impact will be reflected in the area, insofar as this reserve is conserved and its successional process continues; In addition, from the social aspect, impact will be reflected from education and environmental tourism that can be offered to the inhabitants of the area.
