Técnica empleada para el buen manejo y recolección de envases fungicidas e insecticidas en el sector rural del municipio de Tipacoque departamento de Boyacá.

El trabajo de grado es una investigación que plantea la técnica empleada para el buen manejo y recolección de envases fungicidas e insecticidas en el sector rural del municipio de Tipacoque, Departamento de Boyacá. Se observó que durante las últimas tres décadas se ha incrementado la producción agrícola de cultivos como: tomate, durazno, tabaco, maíz y pastizales, lo cual ha implicado la compra y utilización de insumos agroquímicos, como venenos, fertilizantes, insecticidas, plaguicidas y fungicidas y por ende el aumento del uso inadecuado de los envases post-fumigación, los cuales ocasionan daños irreversibles en la salud humana y ambiental de los ecosistemas. Por lo anterior, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica con el fin de conocer las diferentes técnicas de disposición final de los envases de agroquímicos y un diagnóstico ambiental para observar los diferentes productos agroquímicos utilizados en la zona rural del municipio y su posterior disposición. El objetivo del trabajo es describir la técnica idónea para llevar a cabo la recolección de los envases de fungicidas e insecticidas y desarrollar actividades con la población rural del municipio de Tipacoque. Lo que se pretende es mitigar el impacto ambiental negativo que se genera debido a la falta de implementación y ejecución de técnicas apropiadas para hacer la recolección de envases, bolsas plásticas y demás elementos que quedan como producto de las fumigaciones en los diferentes lotes utilizados por los campesinos, ya que el nivel de toxicidad de los diferentes productos agroquímicos utilizados por los agricultores representa un riesgo muy alto para el medio ambiente y la salud humana.

The degree work is an investigation that raises the technique used for good management and collection of fungicide and insecticide containers in the rural sector of the municipality of Tipacoque, Department of Boyacá. It was observed that during the last three decades the agricultural production of crops like: tomato, peach, tobacco, corn and pasture has increased, which has involved the purchase and use of agrochemical inputs, such as poisons, fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides and fungicides. And therefore the increase in the improper use of post-fumigation containers, which cause irreversible damage to human and environmental health of the ecosystems. Therefore, a literature review is carried out in order to know the different techniques of final disposal of agrochemical containers and an environmental diagnosis to observe the different agrochemical products used in the rural area of the municipality and its subsequent disposal. The objective of the work is to describe the ideal technique to carry out the collection of fungicide and insecticide containers and develop activities with the rural population of the municipality of Tipacoque. The aim is to greatly mitigate the negative environmental impact of the non-implementation and execution of appropriate techniques to make the respective collection of containers, plastic bags and other elements that remain as a result of fumigation in the different batches used by our farmers, since the level of toxicity of the different agrochemicals used by farmers represents a very high risk for the environment and human health.
