Respuesta del cultivo de maní (arachis hipogea l.) a dos métodos de riego a presión en el valle de casanga, provincia de Loja

Thesis project entitled: "RESPONSE OF THE CULTIVATION OF PEANUTS (Arachis Hipogea L.) TWO METHODS OF IRRIGATION TO PRESSURE IN THE VALLEY OF CASANGA, PROVINCE OF LOJA" was held in the canton avocados, province of Loja, in view that its inhabitants since ancient times grown peanuts as one of the main products, however by the low rainfall in this territory have been lost up to 70% of the production, which has motivated to conduct this research compare two most common pressurized irrigation methods in the Middle as It is the method of drip irrigation and spray, compared in turn with the irrigation by furrows, same that was performed based on the following objectives: to determine the efficiency of two irrigation methods (sprinkler and drip) pressure in the Valley of Casanga; Evaluate economic, financial, and environmentally two pressurized irrigation methods (sprinkler and drip, comparing quantity and quality), the cultivation of peanuts; calibrating technology of evaporimeter tank type 'A' versus a tank evaporimeter craft. The purpose of the research was to determine productivity and costs of production between witness and pressurized irrigation methods to determine irrigation technology is suitable to apply it in the Valley of Casanga. For each treatment were three repetitions, while the variables measured at the stage of field cultivation were: number of branches per plant within 80 days from sowing, height of the plant to 90 days, number of pods per plant, sheath length, weight 10 pods with shell, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, 100 seed weight and yield kg / has. The study of the soil was carried out: analysis of fertility with disturbed sign, speed basic infiltration, moisture before and after watering for each method of irrigation with samples not disturbed. The coefficient of uniformity and efficiency of application was subsequently obtained. Readings of evaporimeter tank-type and craft were taken daily. Costs were considered for the production costs of the cultivation of peanuts by method of irrigation of: pumping, material of main driving, irrigation material, and farming from the phase of preparation of the land until the harvest; After identified variable costs was obtained the rate of marginal return (TRM); and economic analysis of the investment is amortized to a cash flow for five years with two cycles per year. As for the rustic tank was chosen by selecting a container with accessibility in the study area. The application with drip irrigation efficiency was 90%, with furrow irrigation 30% and sprinkling 65%. The crop yield of peanut seeded irrigated by drip was 2946,82 kg/ha/cycle against the grooves that was 1.037,27 Kg/ha/cycle; While with sprinkler irrigation was 2.344,55 Kg/ha/cycle; obtaining a rate of marginal return (TRM) 21.02% for sprinkler irrigation and 16.18% for drip irrigation. The coefficient of correlation between readings of "A" tank and the craft was 0.97; while the adjustment coefficient is 0,985 for what this last value must be multiplied by the readings made in artisan tank to fit the evaporimeter tank-type. The application in drip irrigation efficiency had repercussions on the yield of peanut because to be a more frequent irrigation allows that the roots are in optimal conditions of humidity and therefore better aerated. However the rate of marginal return (SCT) of the sprinkler is greater in drip irrigation, due to that, in this last although it is true existed higher performance, likewise variable costs were higher.

El Proyecto de Tesis Titulado: “RESPUESTA DEL CULTIVO DE MANI (Arachis Hipogea L.) A DOS MÉTODOS DE RIEGO A PRESIÓN EN EL VALLE DE CASANGA, PROVINCIA DE LOJA” se realizó en el cantón Paltas, provincia de Loja, en vista que sus habitantes desde épocas ancestrales cultivan el maní como uno de los productos principales, sin embargo por las escasas precipitaciones en este territorio se han perdido hasta el 70% de la producción, situación que ha motivado para realizar esta investigación de comparar dos métodos de riego presurizados más comunes en el medio como es el método de riego por goteo y aspersión, comparándolos a su vez con el riego por surcos. La investigación se realizó en base a los siguientes objetivos: Determinar la eficiencia de dos métodos de riego a presión (aspersión y goteo) en el Valle de Casanga; Evaluar económica, financiera, y ambientalmente los dos métodos de riego presurizados (aspersión y goteo, comparando cantidad y calidad), en el cultivo de maní; y calibrar la tecnología del tanque evaporímetro tipo “A” versus un tanque evaporímetro artesanal. La finalidad de la investigación fue determinar los rendimientos y los costos de producción entre métodos de riego presurizados y el testigo para conocer qué tecnología de riego es conveniente aplicar en el Valle de Casanga. Para cada tratamiento se realizaron tres repeticiones, mientras que las variables medidas al cultivo en la etapa de campo fueron: Número de ramas por planta a los 80 días desde la siembra, altura de la planta a los 90 días, número de vainas por planta, longitud de vaina, peso de 10 vainas con cáscara, número de semillas por vaina, número de semillas por planta, peso de semillas por planta, peso de 100 semillas, y el rendimiento en Kg/ha. En cuanto al estudio del suelo se realizó:análisis de fertilidad, velocidad de infiltración básica, humedad antes y luego del riego por cada método de riego. Posteriormente se obtuvo elcoeficiente de uniformidad y la eficiencia de aplicación. Las lecturas del tanque evaporímetro tipo “A” y artesanal fueron tomadas diariamente. Para los costos de producción del cultivo de maní por método de riego se consideraron costos de: bombeo, material de conducción principal, material de riego parcelario, y las labores agrícolas desde la fase de preparación del terreno hasta la cosecha; luego de identificados los costos variables se obtuvo la tasa de retorno marginal (TRM); y,el análisis económico de la inversión se amortizó para un flujo de caja de cinco años condos ciclos/año.En cuanto al tanque rústico se optó por seleccionar un envase con accesibilidad de encontrarse en la zona de estudio. La eficiencia de aplicación con riego por goteo fue del 90%,en aspersión 65% y con riego por surcos 30%. El rendimiento del cultivo de maní desgranado con riego por goteo fue2946,82 kg/ha/ciclo, frente al de surcos que se obtuvo 1.037,27 Kg/ha/ciclo; mientras que con riego por aspersión fue de 2.344,55Kg/ha/ciclo; obteniendo una tasa de retorno marginal (TRM) de 18,66% para el riego por aspersión y 15,13% para el riego por goteo. El coeficiente de correlación entre lecturas del tanque “A” y el artesanal fue de 0,97; en tanto que el coeficiente de ajuste es de 0,985 por lo que este último valor se debe multiplicar por las lecturas realizadas en el tanque artesanal para ajustarlas a las del tanque evaporímetro tipo “A”. La mayor eficiencia de aplicación en el riego por goteo repercutió en mayor rendimiento del cultivoporque al serun riego más frecuente permite que las raíces se encuentren en condiciones óptimas de humedad y por ende mejor aireadas. Sin embargo la tasa de retorno marginal (TRM)delriego por aspersiónes mayor que en riego por goteo,debido a que, en este último si bien es cierto existió mayor rendimiento, así mismo los costos variables fueron mayores.
