Crescimento, produção e acúmulo de nutrientes em Luffa cylindrica M. roem

A análise de crescimento avalia a progressão do acúmulo de massa e nutrientes nos diferentes órgãos da planta. O objetivo deste trabalho foi determinar crescimento, acúmulo de nutrientes nos órgãos, produção de frutos e exportação de nutrientes pelos frutos de Luffa cylindrica. Empregou-se delineamento inteiramente casualizado, com quatro repetições. As plantas foram amostradas aos 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210 e 240 dias após o transplantio (DAT) avaliando-se massa de matéria fresca e seca, e teores de nutrientes nos órgãos da planta. As variáveis foram submetidas à análise de variância e de regressão. A máxima produção de matéria seca ocorreu aos 231,01 DAT, com acúmulo de 9,69 kg por planta. Folhas, caules mais ramos e flores mais frutos acumularam respectivamente 14,04; 27,34 e 58,51% da matéria seca total. As folhas acumularam maiores quantidades de N, Ca, Fe e Mn, enquanto que P, K, Mg, S, Cu e Zn foram mais acumulados nas flores e frutos. O K foi o macronutriente mais acumulado pela planta, seguindo-se N, Ca, P, Mg e S. O Fe foi o micronutriente mais absorvido pela planta, seguido por Mn, Cu e Zn. Os frutos exportaram 40,0% do N, 54,6% do P, 60,1% do K, 25,2% do Ca, 50,8% do Mg e 57% do S, acumulados. Houve exportação equivalente a 25,36; 15,46; 93,76; 13,55; 5,48; 3,54 kg ha-1 de N, P, K, Ca, Mg e S e, 346,09; 89,68; 84,28 e 31,83 g ha-1 de Fe, Zn, Mn e Cu.

Growth analysis evaluates the accumulation of mass and nutrients in the different plant parts. The objective is this paper was to determine the growth, nutrient accumulation in plant organs and, fruit production and nutrient export by fruit harvest of Luffa cylindrica. The experiment was set up in a complete randomized design with four repetitions. Plants were sampled at 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210 and, 240 days after transplanting (DAT). Fresh and dry mass and, the nutrient content were determined in each plant organ. Data were examined by analysis of variance and regression analysis. The highest dry matter production was at 231.01 DAT , with 9.69 kg plant-1. Leaves, trunk+stems and, flowers+fruit accumulatted 14.04; 27.34 e 58.51% of the total dry mass. Leaves accumulated higher amounts of N, Ca, Fe e Mn, while P, K, Mg, S, Cu and Zn were more accumulated in flowers+fruits. Potassium was the most accumulated macronutrient in the whole plant, followed by N, Ca, P, Mg and, S. Iron was the most accumulated micronutrient in the whole plant, followed by Mn, Cu and, Zn. Fruits exported 40.0% of N, 54.6% of P, 60.1% do K, 25.2% of Ca, 50.8% of Mg and, 57% of S of the total accumulated nutrients. Nutrient export corresponded to 25.36; 15.46; 93.76; 13.55; 5.48; 3.54 kg ha-1 of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S respectively, and 346.09; 89.68; 84.28 e 31.83 g ha-1 of Fe, Zn, Mn and, Cu respectively.
