Caracterización espacio temporal de las cargas bacterianas y susceptibilidad antimicrobiana en la zona de Larvicultura en Mar Bravo, Ecuador.

The white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is an organism of commercial importance, its crop production is linked to the proliferation of a number of microorganisms that grow in this broth composed of both beneficial and pathogenic bacteria, and its presence will be determined by the characteristics of the environment as their income through affluents. This study analizes the composition of the microbiota through biochemical tests and its response to various antimicrobials. A total of 132 samples were collected at 4 sites: sea, beach, pre and post-treatment sites between September, November 2015 and March 2016 determined as dry, transition and wet season ,the samples were inoculated into three different substrates: TCBS, TSA and TSA ([5 %] NaCl). For its identification, 20 biochemical tests were applied and for evaluating the response used the STATISTICA program, and then subjected to 8 antimicrobials, evaluating the behavior of the bacterial loads with the combined use of the programs Minitab and QGIS. As a result the transition period was the highest bacterial load, followed by the wet season and finally the dry season, 11 microorganisms were recorded but the present ones during the three periods were V. harveyi and V Damsela, the three main microorganism (V. harveyi, V. parahaemolyticus and V. alginolyticus) presented resistance in the culture systems, both pre and post treatment discharged waters, meanwhile the another bacterial strains previously got form sea and beach didn’t present resistance, suggesting a probable acquisition of resistance in the culture systems through the antibacterial treatment used on it. El camarón blanco es un organismo de cultivo de importancia comercial, su producción está ligada a la proliferación de una serie de microorganismos que crecen en este caldo de cultivo, compuesto tanto por bacterias benéficas como patógenas, su presencia va a estar determinada por las características ambientales, así como su ingreso a través de los afluentes. En este estudio se analiza la composición de la microbiota mediante pruebas bioquímicas y su respuesta ante diversos antimicrobianos. Se recogieron 132 muestras distribuidas en 4 sitios de muestreos: mar, playa, descargas pre y post tratamiento, entre los meses de Septiembre, Noviembre del 2015 y Marzo del 2016 determinados como época seca, transición y húmeda respectivamente, las muestras fueron inoculadas en tres sustratos distintos: Agar TCBS, TSA y TSA ([5%] NaCl). En su identificación se aplicaron 20 pruebas bioquímicas, evaluando sus resultados con el programa STATISTICA; y posteriormente sometidos ante 8 antimicrobianos, evaluando los comportamientos de las cargas bacterianas con el uso los programas Minitab y QGIS. Como resultado la época de transición fue la de mayor carga bacteriana, seguido de la época húmeda y la época seca, registrándose 11 microorganismos, estando presentes durante las tres épocas muestreadas Vibrio harveyi y V. damsela; los tres microorganismos más relevantes (V. harveyi, V. parahaemolyticus y V. alginolyticus) presentaron resistencias en los sistemas de cultivo, tanto en aguas descargadas, pre y post tratamiento, mientras aquellas cepas bacterianas aisladas previamente del mar y playa no presentaron resistencia, sugiriendo así la probable adquisición de resistencia a partir de los tratamientos antibacterianos utilizados en los sistemas de cultivo.
