Diseño de un circuito turístico en el refugio de vida silvestre Manglares Estuario del Río Muisne, provincia de Esmeraldas

La presente investigación propone: diseñar un circuito turístico en el Refugio de Vida Silvestre Manglares Estuario del río Muisne, cantón Muisne, provincia de Esmeraldas; para crear una actividad alternativa que genere ingresos a las familias locales, un manejo sostenible de los recursos turísticos y contribuya al cumplimiento de los objetivos de manejo y conservación del área protegida. Obteniendo información secundaria de los archivos que reposan en la oficina de FUNDECOL, C-CONDEM y del ministerio del ambiente de Muisne, la información primaria mediante salidas de campo, donde se identificaron 12 recursos entre naturales y culturales que se encuentran en jerarquía II dentro de la metodología de Evaluación de Recursos Turísticos del MINTUR (2004) . Lo que sirvió como base para determinar el índice de potencial turístico que resultó medio alto y el índice de potencial interpretativo muy alto, el diseño del circuito permitió zonificar a los sitios de visita en tres zonas (intensiva - natural, cultural - educativa y recreacional) dentro de las que se diseñaron tres paquetes turísticos de uno , dos y tres días, posteriormente se determinó las cargas aceptables de visita donde la Isla Júpiter puede recibir al mismo momento 7 grupos de un número máximo de 16 pax, mientras que en las otras zonas el número de visitantes es libre. El estudio económico realizado arroja que cubren el costo y llegan al punto de equilibrio con la venta de 672 paquetes anuales con el 40% de margen de ganancia, generando $62 224 de ingresos. La implementación del circuito producirá mayor cantidad de impactos positivos a nivel socio - económico y cultural, los mismos que suman un total de 616 correspondiente al 81,4% en relación a los impactos negativos que suman 262 para lo cual se han propuesto estrategias que ayudará a contrarrestar estos impactos negativos. This research proposes to design a tourist circuit in Manglares Estuario Wildlife refugy al Muisne River in Esmeraldas province; in order to produce incomes for some families, also the sustainable management of tourism resources which contribute to get the management and conservation goals from the protected the area. The primary data were gained from file saved in the Fundation for the environment (FUNDECOL), National Ecosystem Corporation (C- CONDEM) office and the Ministry of Environment from Muisne, where 12 natural and cultural resources were identified in II rank within the methodology evaluation from Tourist Resources MINTUR (2004). Which it served as a basis to determine the rate of tourism potential, it was high and interpretative potential rates was very high; the circuit design allowed zoning to visit sites in three areas (intensive-natural, cultural – educational, and recreational) in which three tour packages of one, two and three days were design, then the acceptable visit was determined, so Jupiter island can receive at the same time 7 groups of a maximum of 16 pax, while in other areas the number visitor is free. The economy study shows that it covers the cost and reaches selling with 672 packages per year with 40% of profit, generating $62,224 of income. The design of this circuit will produce a greater number of positive socio-economic and cultural level, with a total of 616 corresponding to 81.4% compared to the negative impacts, totaling 262 impacts for which strategies have been proposed to help counter these negative impacts.
