The largest owners of agricultural land in Russia | Крупнейшие владельцы земель сельскохозяйственного назначения в России

The annual rating of the largest owners of agricultural land in Russia as of the beginning of 2024, compiled by BEFL audit and consulting company together with the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Economics is presented. The data were analyzed only for determining the main owners of agricultural land in Russia and the approximate size of their agricultural land area. The term "under control" used here means ownership of agricultural land on the right of ownership, lease or use in another established legal right. It is not excluded that there are other participants in the agricultural land market who own land banks comparable to those listed in this article, but who are not included in the presented rating. To analyze this market segment, public information was used, disclosed by landowners themselves and their representatives, shareholders, beneficiaries, and opinions of participants in the agricultural land market. The trends of 2022 have become more obvious: an increase in the key rate has led to an increase in the price of debt financing; the cost of production continues to raise, including prices for fertilizers, agricultural fertilizers, imported and new domestic machinery and spare parts; the shortage of personnel, especially qualified ones, is increasingly noticeable. There are 77 companies in the 2024 ranking; their total land bank is 18.5 million hectares, 1.1 million hectares more than last year. There are seven new companies in the current year's ranking, the total land bank of newcomers amounted to 990 thousand hectares. This year, for the first time, neither the composition nor the positions of the first 10 participants have changed. The top 10 has grown by 158 thousand hectares over the year, and this is almost entirely due to the first five companies.

الروسية. Представлен ежегодно составляемый компанией BEFL совместно с ФГБНУ ФНЦ ВНИИЭСХ рейтинг крупнейших владельцев земель с.-х. назначения в России по состоянию на начало 2024 г. Анализ данных осуществлялся исключительно с целью определения основных владельцев земли с.-х. назначения на территории России и ориентировочного размера площади их с.-х. угодий. Употребляемый термин "под контролем" означает владение землей с.-х. назначения на праве собственности, аренды или использования в ином другом установленном законном праве. Исследованием не исключается, что имеются и другие участники рынка земель с.-х. назначения, владеющие земельными банками, сопоставимыми с теми, которые указаны в работе, но не вошедшие в представляемый рейтинг. Для анализа этого сегмента рынка использовалась публичная информация, раскрываемая самими землевладельцами и их представителями, акционерами, бенефициарами, мнения участников рынка земель с.-х. назначения. Тенденции 2022 г. стали более очевидными: повышение ключевой ставки привело к росту цены заемного финансирования; продолжается рост себестоимости производства, в том числе цен на удобрения, ХСЗР, импортную и новую отечественную технику, и запчасти; дефицит кадров, особенно квалифицированных, все более ощутим. В рейтинге 2024 г. – 77 компаний, их общий земельный банк – 18,5 млн га, на 1,1 млн га больше, чем в прошлом году. Новых компаний в рейтинге текущего года семь, совокупный земельный банк новичков составил 990 тыс. гектар. В этом году впервые не поменялись ни состав, ни позиции первых 10 участников. Топ-10 за год вырос на 158 тыс. га, и это почти полностью заслуга первых пяти компаний.
