Se describe un nuevo género y especie de Gripopterygidae (Plecoptera) para Chile, sobre la base de adultos de ambos sexos y ninfas del último estadio. Se incluyen fotografías y esquemas de la cabeza, pronoto, alas, tarsos, genitalia, setas y otras estructuras de valor diagnóstico, así como el hábito de la ninfa.<br>A new genus and species of Gripopterygidae (Plecoptera) from Chile are described. Adults of both sexes and last instar nymph descriptions are given. Photographs and drawings are included of heat, pronotum, wings, tarsus, genitalia, setae and other parts of diagnostic value, as well as nymph habitus.
