The aim of the present case report is to describe the outcome, hematological and biochemical changes of treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenia in a Terrier dog using human intravenous immunglobulin. The complete blood count, serum biochemistry, indirect immunofluorescence antibody and direct coomb’s tests, radiography and sonography were performed.
