The aim of this stage of the study was to study the effect of phytolamps with different spectra at the stage of micropropagation of garden strawberries (Fragaria x ananasa Duch.) in in vitro culture. The work was carried out in the laboratory of the fruit growing department of the Brest Regional Agricultural Experimental Station of NAS of Belarus in 2021-2022. The objects of research were in vitro regenerants of garden strawberry varieties Asia, Alba, Florence. The use of lamps with different lighting spectra had different effects on the length of the horn, the number of leaves, and the reproduction coefficient at the stage of proliferation of garden strawberries in in vitro culture. In the course of research, a reliable influence of the factors “variant”, “variety” and the interaction of two factors on the formation of leaves in microplants was established. / Цель данного этапа исследования заключалась в изучении влияния фитоламп с различными спектрами на этапе микроразмножения земляники садовой (Fragaria x ananasa Duch.) в культуре in vitro. Работа проводилась в лаборатории отдела плодоводства «Брестская ОСХОС НАН Беларуси» в 2021-2022 гг. Объектами исследований являлись регенеранты in vitro сортов земляники садовой Азия, Альба, Флоренс. Применение ламп с различными спектрами освещения по-разному повлияло на длину рожка, количество листьев, коэффициент размножения на этапе пролиферации земляники садовой в культуре in vitro. В ходе исследований установлено достоверное влияние факторов «вариант», «сорт» и взаимодействия двух факторов на образование листьев у микрорастений.
