Dietas com farinheta de trigo e adição de fitase e xilanase para poedeiras leves de 74 a 94 semanas de idade | Diets with wheat middlings and adittion of phytase and xylanase for laying hens at 74-94 weeks of age

Os coprodutos de trigo ainda são pouco utilizados na dieta de aves devido ao alto teor de fibra e à baixa capacidade fermentativa desses animais. A adição de fitase e xilanase na dieta de poedeiras leves pode ser uma alternativa quando associado com ingredientes alternativos. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a inclusão de fitase e xilanase em dietas com farinheta de trigo sobre o desempenho, a qualidade de ovos e a metabolizabilidade dos nutrientes de 90 poedeiras leves, linhagem Bovans White,de 74 a 94 semanas. As aves foram alojadas individualmente em gaiolas metabólicas. O período experimental foi de cinco ciclos produtivos de 28 dias. As dietas foram formuladas à base de milho, farelo de soja e 10% de farinheta de trigo, com ou sem a inclusão das enzimas exógenas fitase (Quantum Blue, concentração 5000 FTU/g) e xilanase (Econase XT, concentração 160000 BXU/g). Os tratamentos foram: I - controle positivo (2850 kcal de EM; 3,8% Ca; 0,35% Pd) e II - controle negativo (2800 kcal de EM; 3,63% Ca; 0,20% Pd). A partir da dieta controle negativo foram compostos os demais tratamentos: III – Fitase 300 FTU/kg; IV – Fitase 300FTU/kg + xilanase12000BXU/kg; V – Fitase 1300FTU/kg; VI – Fitase 1300FTU/kg + xilanase 12000 BXU/kg. As aves alimentadas com a dieta Fitase300 apresentaram melhor conversão alimentar e mantiveram uma alta porcentagem de postura. As aves que receberam as dietas Controle negativo e Fitase1300 + Xilanase12000 apresentaram o pior desempenho. As aves alimentadas com a dieta Fitase1300 apresentaram a melhor qualidade de casca, que é uma medida importante para que o ovo chegue íntegro ao consumidor final. As aves que receberam a dieta Fitase300 apresentaram melhor aproveitamento de nutrientes. Não houve diferenças significativas no teor de cinzas da tíbia das poedeiras. A adição de fitase às dietas contendo 10% de farinheta de trigo para poedeiras leves entre 74 e 94 semanas manteve o desempenho, a qualidade de ovos e o aproveitamento de nutrientes das aves.

The use of agroindustrial residues in the feeding of poultry is still limited due to the high crude fiber content and low fermentative capacity of these animals. The enzymatic supplementation with phytase and xilanase can be a resource in the diet of laying hens when associated to the inclusion of alternative ingredients. The objective of this work was to evaluate the inclusion of enzymes phytase and xylanase in diets containing wheat middlings on the performance, egg quality and metabolizability of nutrients of 90 laying hens, Bovans White strain, at 74-94 weeks of age. The birds were housed individually, in laying cages. The experimental period lasted five productive cycles of 28 days. The diets were formulated based on corn and soybeans and wheat middlings (10%), with or without the inclusion of exogenous enzymes phytase (Quantum Blue, concentration 5000 FTU/g) and xylanase (Econase XT, concentration 16000 BXU/g). The treatments were: I – positive control (2850 kcal of ME; 3,8% Ca; 0,35% available P) and II – negative control (2800 kcal of ME; 3,63% Ca; 0,20% available P). Using the diet II, the other diets were composed: III – phytase 300 FTU/kg; IV – phytase 300 FTU/kg + xylanase 12000 BXU/kg; V - phytase 1300 FTU/kg and VI – phytase 1300 FTU/kg + xylanase 12000 BXU/kg. The birds fed diet phytase300 presented the best feed conversion and a high egg production. The birds receiving negative control and phytase1300 + xylanase12000 presented the worst feed conversion. The hens fed phytase1300 presented the best eggshell quality, which is an important measure for the egg achieves intact to the final consumer. The hens receiving phytase300 presented the best utilization of nutrients. There was no significant difference in the ash content of the tibia of the hens. The addition of phytase to the diets containing 10% of wheat middlings for laying hens at 74-94 weeks of age maintained the performance, the egg quality and the utilization of nutrients.
