A contribuição do curtume da pele do peixe para a sustentabilidade no município de Balneário Pinhal

O presente trabalho de pesquisa apresenta alguns conceitos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável e Sustentabilidade e Impacto Ambiental. Aspectos como, a preocupação na questão da gestão dos resíduos sólidos, líquidos e orgânicos oriundos da ação pesqueira, a falta de oportunidade na geração de trabalho e renda, à baixa escolaridade dos sujeitos da pesca e à baixa qualificação profissional, foram catalisadores na construção da presente pesquisa. Valorizou-se a Pesca e Acessórios Artesanais, na intenção de trabalhar com resíduos do pescado, beneficiando a pele de peixe, através de curtição e transformando em couro de peixe, para confecção de vestuários, calçados e artesanatos. Tomando a questão da relação entre o artesanato de couro do peixe e sustentabilidade ambiental como eixo central, procurou-se refletir sobre as potencialidades do uso do couro do peixe como matéria-prima alternativa para o desenvolvimento de produtos de baixo impacto ambiental, contribuindo para redução do descarte desse tipo de resíduo no meio ambiente.As informações foram coletadas em três etapas: Pesquisa bibliográfica em artigos sobre o “curtume da pele do peixe, coleta de informações através de documentos da EMATER e da Colônia dos Pescadores, também alguns registros fotográficos.

This research presents some concepts of Sustainable Development and Sustainability and Environmental Impact. Aspects such as the concern on the issue of management of solid, liquid and organic waste arising from the fishing action, the lack of of opportunity in the generation of work and income, to the low schooling of the subjects fishing and low professional qualification, were catalysts in the construction of the present research. We valued Fisheries and Craft Accessories, with the intention of working with fish waste (fish skin) benefiting and transforming into fish leather for clothing, footwear and handicrafts. Taking the question of the relationship between the leather craft of the fish and environmental sustainability as the central axis, it was sought to reflect on the potentialities of the use of fish leather as an alternative raw material for the development of low environmental impact products, contributing to reduce the disposal of this type of waste in the environment. The information was collected in three stages: Bibliographic research on articles on "tanning of the skin of the fish, collection of information through documents of EMATER and the Fishermen's Colony, I also made some photographic records.
