The number of sixth sector companies, 'sixth sector' means primary producers' diversification into processing and distribution, has been increased in Japan. According to several acts, who should advance sixth sector industrialization are entities in primary sector such as farmers, forest owners, fishery operators and so on. However, there are various cases in reality. Actually, this study deals with the company in third sector that promote sixth sector industrialization. This study aims to reveal the characteristics of the actual effort of sixth sector company, namely 'Buddy Lab Inc'. The result showed the following facts. 1) It is the most important factor for Buddy Lab to be able to expand their scope of business that it could build a long-term trust relationship with contract farmers. 2) Buddy Lab shows the possibilities of a new type of sixth sector industrialization, that is derived from not agricultural products (food materials) but final products (food products). 3) Now, food materials of final products depend in large part on external procurement, so the challenge to raise own dependence rate of food materials is remained.
