تأثير أضافة مستويات مختلفة من خليط الأحماض العضوية في العليقة في بعض الصفات الأنتاجية والفسلجية لفروج اللحم | Effect of organic acids blend supplementation to the ration on some productive and physiological traits of broilers

عربي.       أجري البحث بهدف دراسة تأثير أضافة خليط الأحماض العضوية الى عليقة فروج اللحم في بعض الصفات الانتاجية والفسلجية . أستعمل في البحث 300 فرخاً من أفراخ اللحم سلالة Ross 308 وزعت عشوائياً على خمسة معاملات بواقع ثلاث مكررات /معاملة بالتساوي  , أضيفت الأحماض العضوية الى عليقتي البادئ والنمو منذ الأسبوع الثاني من التجربة ,أعطيت المعاملة الاولى عليقة بدون أضافة الأحماض العضوية وعدت معاملة السيطرة في حين تم أضافة خليط الاحماض العضوية بنسبة 0.5 ,1.0  ,1.5  و 2.0% الى المعاملة الثانية والثالثة والرابعة والخامسة على التوالي. أظهرت نتائج البحث تفوق عالي المعنوية (p<0.05) في الأوزان الجسمية للفروج في المعاملة الرابعة في الأسبوع الرابع من العمر , وتحسن معنوي (p<0.05) في نسبة الهلاكات  للمعاملة الخامسة , وبينت نتائج البحث أرتفاعاً عالي المعنوية (p<0.01) في النسب المئوية لحجم خلايا الدم المرصوصة للمعاملتين الرابعة والخامسة وتحسن عالي المعنوية (p<0.01)  لنسب الخلايا المتغايرة الى الخلايا اللمفية للمعاملات الثالثة والرابعة والخامسة .

إنجليزي.           The research was conducted to investigate the effect of supplementation of  organic acids blend to the ration on some productive  and physiological traits of broiler . A total number of 300 one day old chicks( Ross 308) were used ,those chicks were  randomly distributed in to 5 treatment and each treatment involved 3 equal replications. organic acids were added to the  starter and finisher  ration during the 2nd week of age, the first treatment fed on ordinary ration without the addition  (control treatment ) mean while  organic acids were supplemental as 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0% to the second , third, fourth and fifth treatmants respectively .  results illustrated a highly significant (p <0.05) surpassing of mean body weights in the 4th treatment during the 4th  week of age with  a significant  improvement (p<0.05) of mortality rate in the 5th  treatment, in addition the results indicated highly significant (p <0.01) improvement  of Packed Cell Volume in the 4th and 5th treatments as well as a highly significant(p <0.01) improvement of  heterophil  lymphocyte ratio in the 3rd ,4th and 5th  treatments.
