إنجليزي. The validity of corn leading position among all other world grain crops is considered in the article. Features of the balance of the world market connected with the corresponding development of food processing industry were indicated. It is noted that corn is the raw material for many industries and agriculture. At the regional level it is given the arguments on the factors influencing the movement of corn and processing products in Kazakhstan and the Central Asian region, such as new main traffic arteries and logistics hubs at the borders. Нәтиже ретінде тұқымдық зат өндірісіндегі технологиялық және ақпараттық ағымдардың көп деңгейлі жүйесі, сонымен қатар осы базада жасалған сапаны қадағалаудың технологиялық схемасы табылады. В работе представлены результаты исследований, связанные с разработкой схемы прослеживаемости и проектирования качества семян кукурузы на примере элитного семеноводческого предприятия ТОО «Будан». Результатом явились выявленная многоуровневая система технологических и информационных потоков в производстве семенного материала, а также разработанная на её базе технологическая схема прослеживаемости качества. Это позволяет принимать корректные оперативные и стратегические решения, которые можно применять во всей бизнес-модели предприятия.
