Mikroorganismus saturoša organiskā mēslošanas līdzekļa novērtējums = Evaluation of organic fertilizer containing microorganisms

Climate neutrality is an important goal to minimize the anthropogenic impact on the planet. Agriculture plays an important role in achieving this goal. Fertilizers used in plant cultivation can significantly change plant productivity, plant and soil quality, and impact on the environment. The use of manure in plant fertilization reduces the accumulation of livestock waste, ensures the return of organic matter to the soil. The aim of the research was to create preparations intended for plant fertilization whose composition includes cattle, pig or poultry manure, peat and ash to ensure plant growth and productivity. A preparation of microorganisms is added to some of these fertilizers. In order to find out the effect of the newly developed fertilizers on the growth and yield of cucumbers (‘Berlioz’) and basil (‘Tuscany’), experiments were arranged in vegetation containers. The trial variants were balanced for nitrogen, but the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content differed. Mineral fertilizer was used in the control variant. The size of the vegetation containers was changed depending on the parameters of the plant to be grown, but the original amount of nitrogen and the N:P:K ratio were kept during transplanting. It was found out during the experiments that the amount of chlorophyll in the leaves of cucumbers that had received organic fertilizer was reduced at the beginning of the flowering period. The similar results were obtained with basil. The highest yield of cucumbers was obtained using mineral fertilizers. In the variants where the fertilizer with poultry manure was used, the yield was by 8% lower on average, but when cattle manure was used, the yield decreased even by 42%. Although it was not possible to prove statistically that microorganisms had an effect on the yield of cucumbers, it could be observed that the addition of microorganisms to the substrate reduced the early yield of cucumbers, but after about a month this difference evened out. The highest yield of basil was also achieved when mineral fertilizers were used. Among the organic fertilizers, the one containing poultry manure is the best. It was not possible to establish a significant effect of the microorganism preparation. [LAV] Klimata neitralitāte ir nozīmīgs mērķis, lai maksimāli samazinātu antropogēno ietekmi uz planētu. Lai noskaidrotu jaunizveidoto mēslošanas līdzekļu ietekmi uz gurķu (‘Berlioz’) un bazilika (‘Tuscany’) augšanu un ražu, iekārtots izmēģinājums veģetācijas traukos. Izmēģinājuma varianti sabalansēti pēc slāpekļa, taču atšķiras proporcija starp fosfora un kālija saturu. Kontroles variantā izmantots minerālais mēslojums. Veģetācijas trauku lielums mainīts atkarībā no audzējamā auga parametriem, taču pārstādīšanas brīdī ir saglabāts sākotnējais slāpekļa daudzums un barības elementu proporcija. Izmēģinājumu laikā noskaidrots, ka gurķiem (variantos ar organisko mēslojumu) ziedēšanas perioda sākumā lapās bija samazināts hlorofila daudzums. Līdzīgi rezultāti iegūti arī ar baziliku. Augstākā gurķu raža iegūta, izmantojot minerālo mēslojumu. Variantos, kur izmantots mēslošanas līdzeklis ar putnu mēsliem, vidēji raža bija par 15% zemāka, bet, izmantojot liellopu mēslus, pat par 42% zemāka. Lai gan statistiski neizdevās pierādīt, ka mikroorganismiem būtu bijusi ietekme uz gurķu ražu, tomēr varēja novērot, ka mikroorganismu pievienošana substrātam samazināja gurķu agro ražu, bet apmēram pēc mēneša šīs atšķirības izlīdzinās. Arī no bazilika augstāko ražu izdevās iegūt, lietojot minerālo mēslojumu. No organiskā mēslojuma veidiem labākie rezultāti izvēlētajiem kultūraugiem bija variantā ar putnu mēsliem. Būtisku mikroorganismu preparāta ietekmi konstatēt neizdevās.
