The pre-school education period is the period in which the individual has the richest experiences about life, and the experiences that the environment in which the individual lives significantly affect the individual's later life. Nature must be present in the education process for the healthy development of children in this period. Kindergartens, which serve as preschool education institutions, offer children the opportunity to be in a natural-like environment in cities where the traces of nature are rapidly disappearing with the plant and structural materials they have in their gardens. This research was conducted in private and public kindergarten gardens in Çanakkale City Center. In the study, the landscape elements of these gardens were analyzed within the framework of structural and vegetative materials. Vegetative and structural material data of kindergarten gardens were collected and analyzed. In plant materials, it was observed that 43 plant species and 292 plants were present in kindergarten gardens, but their maintenance and number were insufficient. In structural materials, it was determined that wooden materials were mostly preferred, but impermeable hard ground materials dominated the gardens.
