Production systems are transformation processes that take place using people, materials, energy and machines. Among the many parameters that affect this complex process, especially malfunctions, have a great impact on the production flow. In production, micro stops are reflected in the system as a loss of performance; performance losses are not visible, but the effect is large. These variables play a much more critical role, especially in processes where irreversible machining (material removing) is done.
