Identificación de la cadena de valor de la deforestación en la investigación criminal de delitos contra los recursos naturales y el medio ambiente por financiación | Identification of the deforestation value chain in the criminal investigation of crimes against natural resources and the environment by financing

Mediante iniciativa investigativa de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, se apertura un proceso investigativo, por los delitos de Daño en los recursos naturales, aprovechamiento Ilícito de los Recursos Naturales. Los hecho que se investigan dentro de la línea de tiempo, se proyectó entre los años 2016 al 2023, donde se recaudaron una serie de elementos materiales probatorios y evidencia física, que da a entender que un grupo de personas ubicadas en el municipio de Tierralta – Córdoba, se estarían beneficiando económicamente, mediante la extracción ilícita de recursos naturales, como lo es maderas de diferentes especies, las cuales se encuentran amenazadas Según la clasificación de amenaza de la UICN y la resolución 1912 de 2017 como la especie Brasilete (Peltogyne purpurea), la especie Cedro (Cedrela odorata) las cuales se encuentran amenazadas en la categoría de vulnerable (VU). Dada su importancia, la especie Brasilete presenta una distribución ecológica de sus poblaciones naturales restringida, dada sus condiciones particulares de crecimiento, por lo tanto, posee una mayor importancia, dado que la protección de esta especie es fundamental, debido a que el origen de esta madera únicamente es de bosque natural y la especie es considerada Valor Objeto de Conservación del componente flora para el Parque Nacional Natural Paramillo según su Plan de Manejo 20042011.

Through an investigative initiative of the Attorney General's Office, an investigative process is opened for the crimes of Damage to natural resources, Illegal use of Natural Resources. Given its importance, the Brasilete species has a restricted ecological distribution of its natural populations, given its particular growth conditions, therefore, it has greater importance, since the protection of this species is fundamental, because the origin of this Wood is only from natural forest and the species is considered Conservation Object Value of the flora component for the Paramillo National Natural Park according to its Management Plan 2004-2011.
