Chancen und Risiken des Obst- und Gemüsebaus in Deutschland : Situationsanalyse des Obst- und Gemüsesektors in Deutschland, auf der Grundlage einer Stellungnahme für das Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft (BMEL) von Juni 2023

ألمانية. In dieser Studie wird die wirtschaftliche Situation der Obst- und Gemüsebaubetriebe in Deutschland analysiert. Es werden wesentliche Einflussfaktoren sowie aktuelle und zukünftige Herausforderungen für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Sektors untersucht. Dazu gehören Änderungen in den wichtigen Rahmenbedingungen hinsichtlich rechtlicher Anforderungen, Klimaschutz und Anpassung an den Klimawandel, Pflanzenschutz und Düngung, Wasserverfügbarkeit und Bewässerungsbedarf, technischer Fortschritt, Innovationen und neue Entwicklungsrichtungen für gärtnerische Produktionssysteme. Als wichtige Faktoren der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit werden auch die Entwicklungen der Anbau- und Betriebsstrukturen, der Produktivität und Rentabilität, der Absatzstrukturen und der Nachfrage, sowie der Produktionsfaktoren Arbeit und Energie beschrieben und untersucht. Die Ergebnisse werden in einer SWOT-Analyse (Stärken-Schwächen-Chancen und Risiken) zusammenfassend dargestellt und Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet. Diese richten sich sowohl an die Politik als auch an den Sektor und sind gegliedert in die Bereiche 1) Betrieb und Markt, 2) Klimawandel und Umwelt, 3) Produktionssysteme sowie 4) Technologie, Digitalisierung und Forschung.

ألمانية. This study analyses the economic situation of fruit and vegetable farms in Germany and the key drivers for the development of the sector. The major current and future challenges for the competitiveness of the sector are identified. These include changes in important framework conditions with regard to legal requirements, climate protection and adaptation to climate change, plant protection and fertilisation, water availability and irrigation needs, technical progress, and new development directions for horticultural production systems. The study gives an overview of recent developments in production and farm structures, productivity and profitability, sales structures and demand, and describes and analyses the trends in availability and costs for the production factors of labour and energy. The results are summarised in a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). Based on this analysis, recommendations for action are derived that are directed towards both, policymakers and the sector targeting the following thematic areas: 1) farm enterprise and market, 2) climate change and the environment, 3) production systems and 4) technology, digitalisation and research.
