Grzyby z z rodzaju Trichoderma jako czynnik ograniczający występowanie Fusarium oxysporum Schl. f. sp. Gerberae (Gordon) w uprawie gerbery

تلميع. W pracy określono grzyby z rodzaju Trichoderma, wyizolowane z podłoża gerbery oraz ich oddziaływanie biotyczne na sprawcę zamierania tej rośliny – Fusarium oxysporum Schl. F. sp. gerberae (Gordon.) Ponadto praca zawiera wyniki badań nad możliwością wykorzystania T. viride w ochronie gerbery przed tym patogenem.

إنجليزي. This paper presents the antagonistic fungi of Trichoderma genera, isolated form the sphagnum peat substrate of gerbera, and their biotic effect on Fusarium oxysporum Schl. F. sp. gerberae(Gordon) causing gerbera to die. The results of the study showed the possibility of using Trichoderma viride to protect gerbera against this pathogen. A high percentage of Trichoderma spp. Settled in the substrate of gerbera was found. The most antagonistic Trichoderma spp. Species to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. gerberae was revealed to be T. viride. Introducing T. viride into the substrate protected gerbera against the root system diseases.
