Acquisition and analysis of data on the composition of the air environment in the poultry house during growing of broiler chickens | Сбор и анализ данных о составе воздушной среды в птичнике при выращивании цыплят-бройлеров

إنجليزي. Ventilation plays a crucial role in the microclimate of a poultry house. Elevated content of harmful gases have a negative impact on poultry health and product yield of an enterprise. Efficient ventilation helps to improve the quality of the birds' housing conditions and increases the quality of the product obtained. Ventilation is often carried out according to standards developed for certain average indicators, without taking into account the real situation. However, this approach does not guarantee an optimal ventilation mode, because it does not take into account the actual content of harmful gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide in the air environment. Insufficient ventilation has a negative effect on poultry, while excessive ventilation leads to power overconsumption. Concentration of harmful gases in the poultry house during growing broiler chickens was studied. With the help of the developed microprocessor device, which included sensors of such gases, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, as well as a sensor of hydrogen compounds, were measured in the dynamics of the concentration of harmful gases in the air environment of the poultry house when growing broiler chickens during 35 days. It has been established that even in the presence of a ventilation system with a controlled capacity, harmful gases can appear in the air environment of the poultry house, including in extremely high concentrations. The solution to this problem is the introduction of microprocessor-based monitoring and control system, in the feedback circuit of which sensors determining the concentration of harmful gases should be installed.

الروسية. Вентиляция играет важнейшую роль в микроклимате птичника. Повышенное содержание вредных газов негативно сказывается на здоровье птицы и выходе продукции предприятия. Эффективная работа вентиляции способствует качественному улучшению условий содержания птиц и повышает качество производимого продукта. Часто вентиляция осуществляется по нормативам, выработанным для неких усредненных показателей, без учёта реальной обстановки. Однако такой подход не гарантирует оптимального режима вентиляции, поскольку при этом не учитывается фактическое содержание в воздушной среде таких вредных газов, как аммиак, сероводород, углекислый газ и угарный газ. Недостаточная вентиляция оказывает негативное влияние на птицу, а избыточная – приводит к перерасходу электроэнергии. Изучали концентрацию вредных газов в птичнике при выращивании цыплят-бройлеров. С помощью разработанного микропроцессорного устройства, в состав которого входили датчики таких газов, как аммиак, сероводород, углекислый газ и угарный газ, а также датчик водородных соединений, были измерены в динамике концентрации вредных газов в воздушной среде птичника при выращивании цыплят-бройлеров в течение 35 суток. Установлено, что даже при наличии вентиляционной установки с регулируемой производительностью в составе воздушной среды птичника могут появляться вредные газы, в том числе в запредельно высокой концентрации. Решением проблемы служит внедрение микропроцессорной системы контроля и управления, в цепи обратной связи которой должны быть установлены датчики, определяющие концентрацию вредных газов.
