This paper explores the concept of smart farms and their application in man aging sustainable agro-tourism projects. As an innovative form of agriculture, smart farms integrate advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), sensors, and digital analytics to enhance efficiency and productivity. This research analyzes their impact on agro-tourism development aligned with sus tainability principles. The paper also examines project management strategies in this sector, including resource optimization, improvement of tourism offerings, and enhancement of environmental awareness. Through case studies and data analysis, the paper provides insights into the key benefits and challenges asso ciated with implementing smart technologies in agro-tourism and demonstrates the potential for the long-term sustainable development of rural communities.
