В монографии рассмотрены вопросы современного состояния и перспективного развития национального агропромышленного комплекса, проанализирован зарубежный опыт финансовой поддержки сельскохозяйственного производства, проведен ретроспективный анализ развития экономического механизма сельского хозяйства и промышленности на паритетных условиях, разработан прогноз инновационного развития АПК до 2025 года. В настоящее время перспективы сохранения экономического роста Республики Беларусь зависят от устойчивости финансовой сферы и противостояния различному роду негативных внешних и внутренних воздействий (шоков). Финансовая безопасность агропромышленного комплекса Республики Беларусь – это новое понятие, разработка которого обусловлена угрозами неплатежей организациями агропромышленного комплекса, низкой эффективностью производства и реализации всех основных видов продукции растениеводства и животноводства как продовольственных товаров, получаемых в результате промышленной переработки. Издание предназначено для научных сотрудников, преподавателей, аспирантов, магистрантов, студентов.

The monograph examines the current state and prospective development of the national agro-industrial complex, analyzes foreign experience of financial support for agricultural production, conducts a retrospective analysis of the development of the economic mechanism of agriculture and industry on parity terms, and develops a forecast for the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex until 2025. At present, the prospects for maintaining economic growth in the Republic of Belarus depend on the stability of the financial sector and resistance to various types of negative external and internal impacts (shocks). Financial security of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus is a new concept, the development of which is due to threats of non-payment by organizations of the agro-industrial complex, low efficiency of production and sale of all major types of crop and livestock products as food products obtained as a result of industrial processing. The publication is intended for researchers, teachers, postgraduate students, undergraduates, and students.
