The role of natural and agrotechnical factors in the long-term dynamics of agrochemical properties of chernozem soils of the forest-steppe of the Central Black Earth Region | Роль природных и агротехнических факторов в длительной динамике агрохимических свойств чернозёмных почв лесостепи ЦЧР

The study aimed to establish the influence of relief, climatic and agrotechnical factors on changes in the humus content and physicochemical properties of chernozems in the forest-steppe of the Central Chernozem Region of Russia. The data of a field experiment on physical modelling of farming systems obtained between 1984 and 2023 under grain-fallow-row crop rotation conditions were used. The morphometric parameters of the relief determined 44% of the explained variance of the humus content and 76% of pH. On the eroded slopes of northern and southern exposure, the humus content in the 0–20 cm layer was 0.31 and 0.65% less than on the watershed plateau. On the slope of northern exposure, pHKCl was 0.31 units lower, and on the southern exposure it was 1.46 units higher than on the watershed plateau. The humus content was mainly influenced by the steepness of the slopes: for every 1 degree a decrease was 0.09%. Differences in soil acidity are largely due to hydrothermal conditions associated with slope exposure: a 10% increase in heat supply at a location corresponded to a 1.9 unit increase in pHKCl. A significant contribution to changes in soil properties was made by the dynamics of climatic conditions calculated based on hydrological periods. An increase in active temperatures by 100 °C in May-September led to a decrease in humus content by 0.09%, and an increase in the average temperature of the cold hydrological half-year (October-March) by 1 °C – by 0.06%. An increase in precipitation by 100 mm in April-March contributed to a decrease in humus content by 0.09%. Under agricultural crops, pHKCl and humus content decreased in the following order: winter wheat - barley - row crop - bare fallow. Acidification was recorded in the soil of the watershed plateau and the northern-facing slope. Of the climatic parameters, the main influence was exerted by the temperature of the cold half of the year; its increase by 1 °C was accompanied by a decrease in pHKCl by 0.04–0.05 units. Mineral fertilizers acidified the soil by 0.04–0.14 units per 100 kg of active substance NPK/ha.

الروسية. Исследование проводили с целью установления влияния рельефа, климатических и агротехнических факторов на изменение содержания гумуса и физико-химических свойств черноземов лесостепи ЦЧР. Использовали данные полевого опыта по физическому моделированию систем земледелия, полученные в 1984-2023 гг. в условиях зерно-паропропашного севооборота. Морфометрические параметры рельефа обусловливали 44% объясненной дисперсии содержания гумуса и 76% рН. На эродированных склонах северной и южной экспозиции в слое 0…20 см количество гумуса на 0,31 и 0,65% меньше, чем на водораздельном плато. На склоне северной экспозиции pHKCl ниже на 0,31 ед., а южной экспозиции – выше на 1,46 ед., в сравнении с водораздельным плато. На содержание гумуса основное влияние оказывала крутизна склонов – на каждый 1° снижение составило 0,09%. Различия в кислотности почвы обусловлены в большей мере гидротермическими условиями, связанными с экспозицией склонов: повышение теплообеспеченности местоположения на 10% соответствовало росту pHKCl н а 1 ,9 ед. Существенный вклад в изменения свойств почвы вносила динамика климатических условий, рассчитываемая по гидрологическим периодам. Рост суммы активных температур за май–сентябрь на 100 °C приводил к уменьшению содержания гумуса на 0,09%, а средней температуры холодного гидрологического полугодия (октябрь–март) на 1 °C – на 0,06%. Повышение суммы осадков за апрель–март на 100 мм способствовало уменьшению количества гумуса на 0,09%. Под сельскохозяйственными культурами pHKCl и содержание гумуса уменьшались в следующем ряду: озимая пшеница - ячмень - пропашная культура - чистый пар. Подкисление фиксировали в почве водораздельного плато и склона северной экспозиции. Из климатических параметров основное влияние оказывала температура холодного полугодия, ее рост на 1 °C сопровождался понижением рНKCl на 0,04…0,05 ед. Минеральные удобрения подкисляли почву на 0,04…0,14 ед. в расчете на 100 кг д. в. NPK/га.
