The Effect of Different Row Spacing on Yield and Yield Components of Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) | Farklı Sıra Arası Mesafelerinin Aspir (Carthamus tinctorius L.) Bitkisinin Verim ve Verim Ögeleri Üzerine Olan Etkisi

This study was carried out in order to determine the effect of different row spacing on yield and yield components of some safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) varieties in 2016-2017 vegetation period, winter seeding under the conditions of Kızıltepe plain in Mardin province. As used a material to four different safflower varieties (Asol, Olas, Linas and Balci) were used for different row spacing (10, 20, 30 and 40 cm). In all these applications, the distance intra row is kept constant to 10 cm. The research was established with three replications in according to Randomized Parcel Trial Design in Random Blocks. The varieties (Asol, Linas, Balci, Olas) are placed randomly on the main parcels, with the spacing between 10, 20, 30 and 40 cm. According to the results of the research; The highest yield was obtained from Linas with 206.33 kg da-1 and the lowest yield was obtained from Olas with 184.42 kg da-1. It has been determined that Linas varieties provide better adaptation to Kızıltepe ecological conditions. The highest yield was obtained from Linas varieties with 262,33 kg da-1 at the 40 cm row spacing, and the lowest decare yield was obtained from Olas with 163,69 kg da-1 at a spacing of 20 cm. While the lowest plant height was taken from Balcı variety with 164,67 cm and 10 cm row spacing, the highest plant height was obtained from Linas varieties with 183,00 cm and 10 cm row spacing. When looking at the average of varieties; There were determined between that the number of branches per plant 12.30-16.14 pieces (10-40 cm), the number of table per plant 12.58-16.49 pieces (10-40 cm), table diameter 2.29-2.40 mm (40-30 cm), seed yield per plant 9.20-15.86 g plant-1 (10-40 cm), 1000 seed weight 32.57-35.04 g (30-40 cm), protein content %18,69-20,25 (10-40 cm), and the rate of oil 41.16-41.54% (30-10).

Farklı sıra arası mesafenin bazı aspir (Carthamus tinctorius L.) çeşitlerinde verim ve verim ögeleri üzerine olan etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla 2016-2017 yılı kışlık aspir vejetasyon döneminde Mardin ili Kızıltepe ovası koşullarında kışlık ekim yapılarak yürütülen bu çalışmada, materyal olarak kullanılan dört farklı aspir çeşidine (Asol, Olas, Linas ve Balcı) dört farklı sıra arası mesafe (10, 20, 30 ve 40 cm) uygulanmıştır. Bütün bu uygulamalarda sıra üzeri mesafe 10 cm olacak şekilde sabit tutuluştur. Araştırma üç tekerrürlü olarak “Tesadüf Bloklarında Bölünmüş Parseller Deneme Desenine” göre kurulmuştur. Ana parsel çeşitler (Asol, Linas, Balcı, Olas), alt parseller ise sıra arası mesafe (10, 20, 30 ve 40 cm) olarak belirlenmiş ve tesadüfî olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre; en yüksek verim 206,33 kg/da ile Linas çeşidinden, en düşük verimin de 184,42 kg/da ile Olas çeşidinden elde edildiği, Linas çeşidinin Kızıltepe ekolojik koşullarına daha iyi adaptasyon sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek verime 40 cm sıra arası mesafede 262,33 kg/da ile Linas çeşidinden, en düşük dekara verim ise 20 cm sıra arası mesafede 163,69 kg/da ile Olas çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. En düşük bitki boyu 164,67 cm ile 10 cm sıra arası mesafeden Balcı çeşidinden alınırken, en yüksek bitki boyu 183,00 cm ile yine 10 cm sıra arası mesafeden Linas çeşidinden elde edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Çeşitlerin ortalamalarına bakıldığında bitki başına dal sayı 12,30-16,14 adet (10-40 cm), bitki başına tabla sayısı 12,58-16,49 adet (10-40 cm), tabla çapı 2,29-2,40 mm (40-30 cm), bitki başına tohum verimi 9,20-15,86 gr/bitki (10-40 cm), 1000 tohum ağırlığı 32,57-35,04 gr (30-40 cm), protein oranı %18,69-20,25 (10-40 cm), yağ oranı ise %41,16-41,54 (30-10) arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir.
