More recently genetic engineering as a means of enhancing forage quality has entered the picture. This session will provide an overview of what farms need to consider when managing their cropping program without this tool as well as what emerging benefits from this technology that may be forfeited when pursuing a non-GMO (genetically modified organism) production model.
