The state and development trends of meat and poultry farming in the Sverdlovsk region under conditions of foreign economic restrictions | Оценка устойчивости развития мясного птицеводства Свердловской области в условиях внешнеэкономических ограничений

إنجليزي. Foreign economic restrictions can have a significant impact on the development sustainability of domestic agriculture and the effectiveness of individual segments. The study purpose is to analyze the current development of poultry farming in the Sverdlovsk region of Russia and the impact of foreign economic restrictions on its sustainable development. The patterns of development of poultry meat farming organizations in the Sverdlovsk region in the period after the introduction of strict foreign economic restrictions (sanctions) were revealed. The analysis of the results of the production and financial activities of agricultural organizations in the Sverdlovsk region for 2019-2023, analytical data from Rosstat in the Sverdlovsk region was carried out. The results of the study were conclusions about the development of poultry meat farming in the Sverdlovsk region. The efficiency indicators of poultry production in 2023 compared to 2019 improved significantly, the average daily gain of poultry increased by 5.4%; labor intensity of 1 dt of weight gain decreased by 7.2%. Profit from the sale of poultry gain for the analyzed period increased almost 1.8 times from 0.9 to 1.6 billion rubles. A declined in the gross production of poultry gain by 20.8% was recorded, which was caused by a decrease in the poultry population due to the transition to a new bird cross in 2022. To assess the sustainability of foreign economic constraints, a matrix was used, taking into account both internal and external factors in the development of the analyzed industry. The analysis showed that the sanctions pressure had a significant impact on the industry in 2022, but in 2023 the poultry farming was adapted and showed excellent results. There are given recommendations aimed at the sustainable development of poultry farming in the region and the creation of adaptive properties in the context of foreign economic constraints. This includes strengthening government support to the industry, including implementing investment projects, developing import substitution of technologies and equipment, and strengthening the integration of elements of the poultry product subcomplex system.

الروسية. Внешнеэкономические ограничения могут оказать существенное влияние на устойчивость развития отечественного сельского хозяйства и эффективность развития отдельных подотраслей. Цель исследования - анализ современного развития мясного птицеводства Свердловской области и влияния внешнеэкономических ограничений на его устойчивое развитие. Выявляли закономерности развития организаций мясного птицеводства Свердловской области в период после введения жестких внешнеэкономических ограничений (санкций). Проведен анализ результатов производственно-финансовой деятельности сельскохозяйственных организаций Свердловской области за 2019-2023 гг., и аналитических данных Росстата по Свердловской области. Результатами исследования стали выводы о развитии мясного птицеводства Свердловской области. Показатели эффективности производства продукции птицеводства в 2023 г. по сравнению с 2019 г. значительно улучшились: среднесуточный прирост птицы вырос на 5,4%, трудоёмкость 1 ц прироста снизилась на 7,2%. Прибыль от реализации прироста птицы за анализируемый период увеличилась почти в 1,8 раза - с 0,9 до 1,6 млрд руб. Зафиксировано снижение валового производства прироста птицы на 20,8%, что вызвано снижением поголовья в связи с переходом на новый кросс птицы в 2022 г. Для оценки устойчивости к внешнеэкономическим ограничениям использовалась матрица, учитывающая как внутренние, так и внешние факторы развития анализируемой отрасли. Анализ показывает, что санкционное давление оказало существенное влияние на отрасль в 2022 г., но в 2023 г. птицеводство адаптировалось и показало высокие результаты. Даны рекомендации, направленные на устойчивое развитие птицеводства региона и создание адаптационных свойств в условиях внешнеэкономических ограничений. Это усиление государственной поддержки отрасли, в том числе в части реализации инвестиционных проектов, развитие импортозамещения технологий и оборудования, усиление интеграции элементов системы птицепродуктового подкомплекса.
