Identification of emerging lines of intellectual creation in the agroecological tourism sector | Identificación de las líneas de creación intelectual emergentes en el sector turístico agroecológico

إنجليزي. The rise of tourist destinations offers new experiences in the sector, generating the need to investigate their potentialities, products, services, and resources. The objective of this study was to identify emerging lines of intellectual creation in agroecological tourism from a transdisciplinary approach. The research focused on the Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Occidentales Ezequiel Zamora, which has three Intellectual Creation Groups located in the northern part of the municipality and state of the same name, Barinas, Venezuela, using the participant-action research method and a descriptive qualitative approach. Interviews were conducted with professors, researchers, and students belonging to the aforementioned research groups. The findings revealed gaps in agroecological tourism areas such as gastronomy, lodging infrastructure, tourist experience, integration of sustainability, tourist expectations, and local culture. These gaps represent opportunities for new lines of research. The study identified eight lines of intellectual creation (Public policies, cooperation and local development; service quality, innovation and technology; biocultural heritage; tourism products and services; sustainable tourism destination planning and development; destination marketing and promotion; community participation, gender and rural development inclusion; and education, training and technological innovation) under a sustainable approach, integrating diverse disciplines to promote research in agroecological tourism. In addition, they integrate transdisciplinary approaches to promote agroecological tourism as a sustainable, resilient model that generates local development.

الأسبانية؛ قشتالية. El auge de destinos turísticos ofrece nuevas experiencias en el sector, generando la necesidad de investigar sus potencialidades, productos, servicios y recursos. El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar líneas de creación intelectual emergentes en el turismo agroecológico desde un enfoque transdisciplinario. La investigación se centró en la Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Occidentales Ezequiel Zamora, que cuenta con tres Grupos de Creación Intelectual ubicados en la zona norte del municipio y estado homónimo Barinas Venezuela, utilizando el método de investigación acción participante y un enfoque cualitativo descriptivo. Se entrevistaron a docentes-investigadores y estudiantes pertenecientes a los grupos de investigación antes mencionados. Los resultados indican debilidades en áreas del turismo agroecológico como la gastronomía, infraestructura de hospedaje, experiencia del turista, integración de la sostenibilidad, expectativas del turista y cultura local; estos hallazgos representan oportunidades para nuevas líneas de investigación. El estudio identificó ocho líneas de creación intelectual (Políticas públicas, cooperación y desarrollo local; calidad del servicio, innovación y tecnología; patrimonio biocultural; productos y servicios turísticos; planificación y desarrollo del destino turístico sostenible; mercadeo y promoción de destinos; participación comunitaria, género e inclusión del desarrollo rural; y formación, capacitación e innovación tecnológica) bajo un enfoque sostenible, integrando diversas disciplinas para impulsar la investigación en turismo agroecológico. Además, integran enfoques transdisciplinarios para impulsar el turismo agroecológico como modelo sostenible, resiliente y generador de desarrollo local.
