Contribution of clean and sustainable technologies, in the development of the Cooperative Agricultural | Aporte de tecnologías limpias y sostenibles, en el desarrollo de las Cooperativas Agropecuarias.

This study is developed in cooperative of the municipality The Palaces, county of Pinegrove of the River, Cuba and it is based on the increment of the production of meat of pigs of the Alimentary Program, using clean technology with the objective of diminishing the polluting impact to the floor, the water and the atmosphere from the environment when using the residual ones in substitution of the fossil fuels, the firewood, and the liquid efluentes and solids as fertilizers of high quality, without chemical and regenerators of the floors, what contributes with the sostenibilidad of this area, supported by the implementation of a system of cooperative and environmental education that guarantees that the outlined objective lasts and strengthen in the time. The results indicate that the cooperativistas produces a stocking of 270 tons for year of pig meat for the alimentary program, 1 013 tons per year of you excrete descontaminadas; 60 750 m3 for year of biogás with an equivalent energy power to 97 200 Kwh per year, using stops to cook in substitution of the electricity and 6,5 tons of firewood used in the cooking of foods for pigs. It also contributes to the economy of each family in $1 700 pesos per year and to the national economy it reports him a benefit of $16 524 USD for not electricity generation with fossil fuel. Also a positive environmental effect when being stopped to emit 1 545 t.CO2eq per year to the atmosphere. They were organized as a result of this investigation three training classrooms and training to the communities of the municipality to work the thematic of the handling of renewable resources and cares of the medioambiente.

Este estudio se desarrolla en cooperativas del municipio Los Palacios, provincia de Pinar del Río, Cuba y se basa en el incremento de la producción de carne de cerdos del Programa Alimentario, empleando tecnología limpia con el objetivo de disminuir el impacto contaminante al suelo, el agua y la atmósfera del entorno al usar los residuales en sustitución de los combustibles fósiles, la leña, y los efluentes líquidos y sólidos como fertilizantes de alta calidad, sin químico y regeneradores de los suelos, lo que contribuye con la sostenibilidad de esta zona, apoyada por la implementación de un sistema de educación cooperativa y ambiental que garantice que el objetivo planteado perdure y se fortalezca en el tiempo. Los resultados indican que los cooperativistas producen una media de 270 toneladas por año de carne de cerdo para el programa alimentario, 1 013 toneladas por año de excretas descontaminadas; 60 750 m3 por año de biogás con un poder energético equivalente a 97 200 Kwh por año, empleándose para cocinar en sustitución de la electricidad y 6,5 toneladas de leña empleada en la cocción de alimentos para cerdos. También contribuye a la economía de cada familia en $1 700 pesos por año y a la economía nacional le reporta un beneficio de $16 524 USD por no generación de electricidad con combustible fósil. También un efecto ambiental positivo al dejarse de emitir 1 545 t.CO2eq por año a la atmósfera. Se organizaron como resultado de esta investigación tres aulas de capacitación y entrenamiento a las comunidades del municipio para trabajar la temática del manejo de recursos renovables y cuidados del medioambiente.
