Sustainable Textile Waste Management

The textile waste management process follows the steps defined by the waste management hierarchy. For each of the defined steps, certain parameters and characteristics of textile waste should be known in order to make a final decision on the choice of sustainable treatment. The paper should present possible procedures of final and sustainable treatment of various types of recyclable textile waste, which are obtained by sorting all previously collected waste in primary and secondary selection processes.
