The current state of the Russian milk and dairy products market in the context of economic sanctions | Современное состояние рынка молока и молочной продукции России в контексте экономических санкций

إنجليزي. The research focus is the current state and development prospects of the Russian market for milk and milk processed products. Based on data from Rosstat (Russian State Statistic Service) and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the main indicators of the functioning of dairy cattle breeding in the country are analyzed in the context of economic efficiency and trends in the global food market. In 2018-2022, the cattle population in Russia decreased by 3.8%, but milk production increased by 8%, which indicates increment in the milk yielding capacity of cows. The regional features of milk production in the context of federal districts are investigated. A direct relationship has been revealed between the income level of the local population and the dairy product consumption. It is justified that the use of modern, resource-intensive technologies makes it possible to use the genetic potential of animals more effectively, and significantly increase the profitability of dairy cattle breeding. Over the past 5 years, the marketability of milk produced in agricultural enterprises has increased by 3.1 percentage points and amounted to 88.8%. The implementation of the import substitution policy has become a driver for the development of deep milk processing plants and the manufacture of products that were previously imported from abroad. It is concluded that the market of milk and milk processed products in Russia is steadily growing; it has prospects for development in all regions. There are conditions for the full self-sufficiency of the country with the products of the dairy industry.

الروسية. Исследование посвящено вопросам современного состояния и перспективам развития российского рынка молока и продукции его переработки. На основе данных Росстата и Минсельхоза России проанализированы основные показатели функционирования молочного скотоводства страны в контексте экономической эффективности и тенденций мирового продовольственного рынка. За 2018-2022 гг. поголовье КРС в России сократилось на 3,8%, но производство молока увеличилось на 8%, что говорит о росте продуктивности коров. Исследованы региональные особенности производство молока в разрезе федеральных округов. Выявлена прямая взаимосвязь между уровнем дохода населения и количеством потребления молочной продукции. Обоснованно, что применение современных, ресурсоёмких технологий позволяет более эффективно использовать генетический потенциал животных и существенно повысить рентабельность молочного скотоводства. За 5 лет уровень товарности молока, произведенного в сельхозорганизациях, увеличился на 3,1 п. п. и составил 88,8%. Реализация политики импортозамещения стала драйвером развития производств по глубокой переработке молока и получения продукции, которая ранее импортировалась из-за рубежа. Сделан вывод, что рынок молока и продуктов его переработки в России стабильно растет и имеет перспективы развития во всех регионах. Существуют условия для полного самообеспечения страны продукцией отрасли.
