abstractPL: Celem pracy jest identyfikacja szans i barier rozwoju turystyki wiejskiej na Dolnym Śląsku, a dokładnie na obszarze Kotliny Kłodzkiej. W pracy przedstawiono teoretyczne aspekty turystyki wiejskiej, opierając się na literaturze podejmującej tę tematykę. Skupiono się przede wszystkim na scharakteryzowaniu istoty turystyki wiejskiej i agroturystyki oraz przedstawieniu szans i barier związanych z ich rozwojem. Opisano również determinanty rozwoju turystyki wiejskiej oraz trendy, jakie obecnie występują w jej rozwoju. Poza tym przedstawiono analizę wyników badań własnych, przeprowadzonych w formie badania ankietowego wśród osób oferujących noclegi na terenach wiejskich w rejonie Kotliny Kłodzkiej w województwie dolnośląskim. Wnioski porównano z wynikami badań innych autorów.

abstractEN: The purpose of the work is to identify opportunities and barriers to the development of rural tourism in Lower Silesia, and more precisely in the Kłodzko Valley. The theoretical aspects of rural tourism are presented in the paper, based on literature dealing with this topic. The focus was primarily on characterizing the essence of rural tourism and agritourism, and presenting opportunities and barriers related to their development. The determinants of rural tourism development and trends currently present in its development were also described. In addition, an analysis of the results of own research was carried out, carried out in the form of a survey among people offering accommodation in rural areas in the Kłodzko Valley in the Lower Silesian Voivodship. The conclusions were compared with the results of other authors.
