Development of Construction Materials from Waste Rock of Mining Andesite for Technology Transfer to Local Communities | การพัฒนาวัสดุก่อสร้างจากเศษหินของเหมืองแร่แอนดีไซต์สำหรับถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีสู่ชุมชนท้องถิ่น

This research aims to develop the production, ratios, physical properties, mechanical properties, and thermal insulation of construction material products that are used andesite rock fragments as aggregates. The 4 research of construction materials include concrete, concrete block, interlocking block, and paving block which compare to general construction materials. The results found that andesite rocks fragments construction materials have production and ratios as same as general construction materials. The physical and mechanical properties of andesite rock fragments construction materials that density, strength, and thermal insulation are lower than the general construction materials. While the water absorption of andesite rock fragments construction materials are higher than general construction materials. However, all the andesite rock fragments construction materials can pass the standard and use as same as the general construction materials. The results are transferred and applied to local communities.

التايلاندية. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต อัตราส่วนผสม สมบัติทางกายภาพ สมบัติทางกล และความเป็นฉนวนป้องกันความร้อนของผลิตภัณฑ์วัสดุก่อสร้างที่มีการใช้เศษหินแอนดีไซต์เป็นมวลรวม โดยวัสดุก่อสร้างที่นำมาพัฒนา มีทั้งหมด 4 ผลิตภัณฑ์ ประกอบด้วย คอนกรีต คอนกรีตบล็อก บล็อกประสาน และบล็อกปูพื้น เมื่อเทียบกับวัสดุก่อสร้างทั่วไป พบว่า วัสดุก่อสร้างที่ใช้เศษหินแอนดีไซต์มีกระบวนการผลิตและอัตราส่วนผสมที่เหมือนกับวัสดุก่อสร้างทั่วไป ส่วนสมบัติทางกายภาพและทางกลของวัสดุก่อสร้างที่ใช้เศษหินแอนดีไซต์ แสดงให้เห็นว่า ความหนาแน่น ความแข็งแรง และสัมประสิทธิ์การนำความร้อน มีค่าต่ำกว่าวัสดุก่อสร้างทั่วไป ในขณะที่การดูดซึมน้ำมีค่าเพิ่มขึ้นเล็กน้อย อย่างไรก็ตาม วัสดุก่อสร้างที่ใช้เศษหินแอนดีไซต์ทั้งหมด สามารถผ่านมาตรฐานและใช้งานได้เช่นเดียวกับวัสดุก่อสร้างทั่วไป จึงนำไปถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีให้กับชุมชนท้องถิ่นได้
