Relationship of calcium and phosphorus content with indicators of reproductive ability in cattle | Взаємозв’язок вмісту кальцію і фосфору із показниками відтворювальної здатності у корів

إنجليزي. The development of modern animal husbandry is quite an urgent issue today, because the consumption of dairy and meat products is growing rapidly. Factors affecting reproducibility play a key role in this issue. The aim of the work was to investigate the dependence of the content of calcium and phosphorus in blood serum with indicators of reproductive ability in cows. A spectrophotometer was used to study calcium and phosphorus content. A correlation dependence of the calcium content with the insemination index was established, which is a moderate positive correlation r = 0.494 (Р ≤ 0.001), with the service period – an average positive correlation r = 0.643 (Р ≤ 0.001) and days to the 1st heat – a strong positive correlation r = 0.862 (Р ≤ 0.001). Phosphorus content has an average positive correlation with the service period corresponding to r = 0.599 (Р ≤ 0.001), with the insemination index had the smallest correlation, which is r = 0.314 (Р ≤ 0.001) and the duration of days to the 1st mating has a very strong positive correlation, which is r = 0.909 (Р ≤ 0.001). Based on the obtained data, we can testify about the dependence of calcium and phosphorus content with indicators of reproducibility, such as insemination index, service period and days to the 1st heat. What gives reason for further research with the establishment of the interdependence of the reproducible ability during its correction from the side of influence on elements that have a correlation dependence with these indicators.

الأوكرانية. Розвиток сучасного скотарства досить актуальне питання сьогодення, адже споживання молочної і м’ясної продукції стрімко зростає. Фактори, що впливають на відтворювальну здатність, грають ключову роль у даному питанні. Метою роботи було дослідити залежність вмісту у сироватці крові кальцію і фосфору із показниками відтворюваної здатності у корів. Для дослідження вмісту кальцію і фосфору застосовували спектрофотометр. Було встановлено кореляційну залежність вмісту кальцію із індексом осіменіння, що становить помірну позитивну кореляцію r = 0,494 (Р ≤ 0,001), із сервіс-періодом – середню позитивну кореляцію r = 0,643 (Р ≤ 0,001) та днями до 1-ї охоти – сильну позитивну кореляцію r = 0,862 (Р ≤ 0,001). Вміст фосфору має середню позитивну кореляцію із сервіс-періодом, що відповідає r = 0,599 (Р ≤ 0,001), із індексом осіменіння мав найменшу кореляцію, що становить r = 0,314 (Р ≤ 0,001) та тривалістю днів до 1-ї охоти дуже сильну позитивну кореляцію, що становить r = 0,909 (Р ≤ 0,001). На підставі отриманих даних, ми можемо свідчити про залежність вмісту кальцію та фосфору із показниками відтворюваної здатності, такими як, індекс осіменіння, сервіс-період та днями до 1-ї охоти. Що дає підставу у подальших дослідженням із встановленням взаємозалежності відтворюваної здатності при її корекції з боку впливу на елементи, що мають кореляційну залежність з даними показниками.
