Study of the good nutritional conditions for the production of biological fertilizer to leave of Azotobacter | Estudio de las condiciones nutricionales óptimas para la producción de biofertilizante a partir de Azotobacter

In the current work is made a study to laboratory scale, related with the kinetic behavior of the growth of Azotobacter strain with capacity for the biological fertilizer production, spread in different cultivation means. The means Ashby is studied, being obtained a title of 3.73*109 UFC* ml-1 at one time of 72 hours of fermentation. The kinetics of the growth in the means of cultivation Dimargon shows an increment of the bacterial biomass in the time, reaching its maximum value at the 72 hours with a content of viable cells of 3.75*108 UFC* ml-1.. En substratum with cane final molasses (MFC) the strain shows a high capacity of growth and of adaptation to the conditions of the means. A product is obtained with a title of 6.0*1010 cells*ml-1 in substrate with a concentration of sugars reductors of 25 g/l. The means of culture proposed has a cost of $0.0026 for liter, inferior to the one proposed in the literature for the Ashby and the Dimargon whose cost per liter is of $0.23 and $0.09 respectively

En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio a escala de laboratorio, sobre el comportamiento cinético del crecimiento de una cepa autóctona del genero Azotobacter con capacidad para la producción la de biofertilizantes, propagada en diferentes medios de cultivo. Se estudia el medio de cultivo Ashby Manitol Fosfato Modificado, obteniéndose un título de 3.73*109 UFC * ml-1 en un tiempo de 72 horas de fermentación. El medio de cultivo Dimargon muestra un incremento de la biomasa bacteriana en el tiempo, alcanzando su máximo valor a las 72 horas con un contenido medio de células viables de 3.75*108 UF*ml-1. Se pudo comprobar que en sustrato con miel final de caña (MFC) la cepa muestra una alta capacidad de crecimiento y de adaptación a las condiciones del medio. Se obtiene un producto con un título de 6.0 * 1010 UFC*ml-1 a una concentración de Azúcares Reductores Totales (ART) de 25 g/l. El medio de cultivo propuesto tiene un costo de $0.0026 por litro, inferior al propuesto en la literatura para el Ashby y el Dimargon, cuyo costo de un litro es de $0.23 y $0.09  respectivamente.
