Analysis of the development of diversity management as a key means of eliminating the causes of discrimination currently face globalization processes that are linked to the economy and are therefore not able to be isolated completely separate. Many countries, without the processes that take place within the framework of international economic relations have not been able to work in just a few days. Management of diversity is linked to economic momentum and begins to manifest itself in various areas of society.
