Determination of linuron and MCPA residues in soil and potato plants | Badanie pozostałości linuronu i MCPA w glebie i roślinach ziemniaka

إنجليزي. The aim of the study was to estimate linuron and MCPA residues in soil and potato plants. The investigations were carried out in 2005–2007 on plantations, where 2 cultivars: Drop —very early and Bryza — mid late were cultivated. For weed control, herbicides Linurex 500 SC (a.i. linuron) at a dose of 2.0 l/ha and Chwastox Extra 300 SL (a.i. MCPA) at a dose of 4.0 l/ha were applied at the pre-emergency stage of the crop. Samples of soil, leaves and tubers of potato were taken to analyses on the day of harvest. Residues of linuron and MCPA were determined using the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV-detection. The residues of active substance of herbicides detected in soil were higher than those in leaves and tubers. The residues of active ingredient determined in tubers of potato did not exceed acceptable amounts displayed in standards. At the harvest time, the levels of residues of linuron and MCPA found in soil, leaves and tubers depended on the earliness of potato crop and were significantly higher with cv. Drop. that was harvested about 45 days earlier than a mid late cv. Bryza.

تلميع. Celem prowadzonych badań była ocena stężenia pozostałości linuronu i MCPA w glebie, liściach i bulwach ziemniaka. Badania prowadzono w latach 2005–2007 na plantacjach ziemniaka, na 2 odmianach różniących się stopniem wczesności (odmiana bardzo wczesna – Drop i średnio późna — Bryza). Na poletkach doświadczalnych, przed wschodami roślin ziemniaka stosowano herbicyd Linurex 500 SC (s.a. linuron) w dawce 2,0 l/ha i Chwastox Extra 300 SL (s.a. MCPA) — 4,0 l/ha. Próby gleby, liści i bulw ziemniaka pobierano w czasie zbioru. Pozostałości linuronu i MCPA oznaczano techniką wysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej (HPLC) z detektorem UV. Stężenia pozostałości MCPA i linuronu wykrywane w glebie były istotnie wyższe w porównaniu do tych, które oznaczono w bulwach ziemniaka. W żadnej z analizowanych próbek bulw ziemniaka, niezależnie od wczesności odmiany, nie stwierdzono przekroczeń wartości dopuszczalnych (NPD). We wszystkich analizowanych próbkach gleby, liści i bulw ziemniaka stwierdzono statystycznie istotny wzrost poziomu pozostałości linuronu i MCPA dla odmiany Drop zbieranej wcześniej.
