Commercialization of agricultural products and a proposal of a System of In-formation for its control | La comercialización de los productos agropecuarios y propuesta de sistema in-formático para su control

Among the first order tasks for all the political and administrative authorities of our country is to guarantee an adequate amount of production and an appropriate system of commercialization of agricultural products. It is objective of the present work to show the results obtained in the frame of a project for the development of a computerized system for the management and distribution of the agricultural productions in the municipalities. The methodology elaborated for the study included the collection of the guidelines and policies regarding this topic, as well as the analysis of the organizational structures of the entities involved. It included the analysis of the process of development of the net of entities for the commercialization of agricultural products in the revolutionary period and the types of entities that offer of these products to the population. The work concludes with the design of a computer system for its permanent control at municipal level, based on tools of the System of Geographical Information and the collection of information in the involved entities.

Entre las tareas de primer orden para todas las autoridades de dirección política y administrativa de nuestro país se encuentra garantizar un suficiente nivel de producción y un adecuado sistema de comercialización de productos agropecuarios. Es objetivo del presente trabajo mostrar los resultados obtenidos en el marco de un proyecto encaminado al desarrollo de un sistema automatizado para la gestión agropecuaria y de distribución de las producciones generadas en los municipios. La metodología elaborada comprendió la recopilación de los lineamientos y políticas de trabajo respecto a este tema, así como el análisis de las estructuras organizativas que lo atienden. Incluyó el análisis del proceso de desarrollo de la red de entidades comercializadoras de productos agropecuarios en el período revolucionario y los tipos de entidades que existen actualmente para su oferta a la población. El trabajo s se complementa con el diseño de un sistema informático para su control permanente a nivel municipal, basado en herramientas del Sistema de Información Geográfica y acopio de información en las entidades involucradas.
