Efficient use of strains arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi rootstocks in the development of avocado in a soil-rum substrate | UTILIZACI�?N DE CEPAS EFICIENTES DE HONGOS MICORRÍZICOS ARBUSCULARES EN EL DESARROLLO DE PORTAINJERTOS DE AGUACATE EN UN SUSTRATO SUELO-CACHAZA

إنجليزي. The objective of the present work was to evaluatethe effect of two efficient stumps of mushrooms mycorrhizalarbuscular on indicators of growth and development in avocadorootstok. One prepares flowing leg composed by 1 kg of thebiofertilizer EcoMic® that was compound for the stumps ofevaluated HMA and 600 mL of water. With this leg, the seedsof the treatments 1 and 2 were recovered being conformed theoutline in the following way T1: seeds inoculated with thestump Glomus hoi-like, T2: seeds inoculated with the stumpGlomus mosseae and T3: not inoculated seeds. You uses agerminator with peanut shell like germination channel; to the30 days after the germination the plants were taken to bags,which contained a substrate formed by agricultural floor +phlegm with a relationship (75 % : 25 % v.v). The variables ofgrowth and evaluated development were: height of therootstock, diameter of the shaft, number of leaves, longitudeand wide of the leaves, area to foliate and rate of relativegrowth; inside the parameters micorrízicos you determines thepercentage of radical colonization, the visual density and theindex of efficiency mycorrhizal. The opposing resultsdemonstrated that the use of efficient stumps of mushroomsmycorrhizal arbuscular; it stimulates the development of theavocado rootstock under nursery conditions that whichrebounds in the obtaining of plants of more quality and in turnthey constitute a nutritional alternative for this cultivation inthose during this phase.

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue evaluar el efectode dos cepas eficientes de hongos micorrízicos arbuscularessobre indicadores de crecimiento y desarrollo en portainjertosde aguacate. La inoculación del producto a las semillas, sellevó a cabo mediante una pasta fluida compuesta por 1 kg delbiofertilizante EcoMic® y 600 mL de agua. Con esta pasta, serecubrieron las semillas de los tratamientos 1 y 2 quedandoconformado el esquema de la forma siguiente T1: semillasinoculadas con la cepa Glomus hoi-like, T2: semillas inoculadascon la cepa Glomus mosseae y T3: semillas no inoculadas. Seutilizó un germinador con cáscara de maní como lecho degerminación; a los 30 días después de la germinación las plantasfueron llevadas a bolsas, las cuales contenían un sustratoformado por suelo agrícola + cachaza en una relación(75 % : 25 % v/v). Las variables de crecimiento y desarrolloestudiadas fueron: altura del portainjerto, diámetro del tallo,número de hojas, longitud y ancho de las hojas, área foliar ytasa de crecimiento relativo; dentro de los parámetrosmicorrízicos se determinó el porcentaje de colonización radical,la densidad visual y el índice de eficiencia micorrízica. Losresultados encontrados demostraron, que la utilización de cepaseficientes de hongos micorrízicos arbusculares; estimula eldesarrollo de los portainjertos de aguacate en condiciones devivero lo cual repercute en la obtención de plantas de mayorcalidad y a su vez constituyen una alternativa nutricional paraeste cultivo.
