إنجليزي. The article shows an insufficiently justified one-time significant increase in wholesale prices for fish products using foreign exchange prices. High wholesale prices serve as the basis for retail prices, which have led to a decrease in the purchasing power of the population and a decrease in the consumption of fish products in the country. An analysis of the draft “Road Map”, developed by the Ministry of Agriculture on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, was carried out in order to increase the consumption of domestic fish products until 2030. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop internal prices using Russian exchanges and wholesale centers, taking into account the purchasing power of the population.

Высокие оптовые цены служат основой для розничных цен, которые привели к снижению покупательной способности населения и уменьшению потребления рыбной продукции в стране. Выполнен анализ проекта «Дорожная карта», разработанный Минсельхозом по поручению Президента Российской Федерации В.В. Путина, в целях увеличения потребления отечественной рыбной продукции до 2030 года. Сделан вывод о необходимости разработки внутренних цен с использованием российских бирж и оптовых центров, с учетом покупательной способности населения.
