Влияние препарата Лактофильтрум, энтеросорбента СВ - 2, их комплекса и энротима 10% на динамику показателей перекисного окисления липидов и гематологических показателей при гастроэнтеритах поросят

Investigation of method of gastroenteritis treatment of stores by means of application of enterosorbents was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. For the experiment there was used preparation Lactofiltrum containing 80% of hydrolyzed lignin and 20% of lactulose applied in dose of 0,3 g/kg once a day during 7 days. Efficiency of application of Lactofiltrum was compared with enterosorbent SV-2, which contained alcaline hydrolyzed lignin applied in dose of 1 g/kg once a day during 7 days. Four experimental groups piglets sick with gastroenteritis in the age of 1,5-2 months, with body weight of 15-17 kg were used in the experiment. The first group piglets were entered 0,3 g/kg body mass of Lactofiltrum once a day during 7 days. The second group piglets were entered enterosorbent SV-2 in dose of 1 g/kg in course of 7 days. For the piglets of the third group there was applied the complex of analysed preparations in same course of treatment. The fourth group of piglets was entered enrotim 10% in dose of 1 ml/ 20 kg of body mass. All animals had the same conditions of feeding and keeping. Research results showed that application of Lactofiltrum, SV-2 and their complex provided high antioxidative, detoxification, gepathoprotective activities. These preparations proved to be effective means of pathogenetic therapy for the treatment of gastroenteritis of piglets, both as individual preparations, and complex application. Comparative estimation of treatment methods of gastroenteritis showed that these preparations (except enrotim 10%) made it possible to regulate the metabolic processes due to elimination of intoxication, positive influence on hematopoiesis. The preparations lowered the duration of clinic manifestation of a disease and facilitated its duration, had gepathoprotective and antioxidative activity

Determination of degree and relations between derangements of metabolic processes in calves with respiratory syndrome in the milking period was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that the calves with the respiratory syndrome had expressed metabolic processes disturbances, which were marked in the analyzed biochemical blood indexes (total protein; albumins; urea; creatinine; glucose; cholesterin; triglycerids; bilirubin; ALP; AAT; SGPT; calcium; phosphorous; magnesium; iron; manganese; cobalt; cuprum; zinc). In calves with respiratory syndrome there was noted the increased content of crude protein in blood serum (71,42 +/- 2,57 g/l P less than 0,05), low urea level (3,08 +/- mmol/l). There was the increased level of creatine (574,11 +/- 65,26 mkmol/l; P less than 0,01) and bilirubin (8,11 +/- 1,15 mkmol/l; P less than 0,05). Glucose concentration in blood of diseased calves was at below standard level (3,49 +/- 0,69 mmol/l). Glucose indexes varied and were changing during a day; and depended on muscular activity, intervals between feeding and hormonal regulation. Diseased calves had high cholesterol level in blood serum (4,07 +/- 0,34 mmol/l; P less than 0,05), which was stated in case of liver disease and hypothyroidism. Phosphor level was higher than the standard indexes of healthy calves (2,85 +/- 0,03 and 2,05 +/- 0,05, respectively). Content of magnesium, cobalt and zinc in blood of the diseased calves was lower than in healthy ones. Calves with respiratory pathology had protein, fat, hydro-carbonic and mineral metabolic processes

Investigation of acute and subchronic (chronic) toxicity of complexinates of trace elements in experiments with calves was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The realized experiments were based on developed in Belarus veterinary preparations for the treatment and prevention of diseases connected with disorders of trace elements exchange containing chelate compounds of trace elements with sodium ethylene diamine acetate: Cuprovet (on the basis of CuNa); Cobalvet (on the basis of CoNa), Zinkovet (on the basis of ZnNa), and Feravet (on the basis of FeNa). There were the following indexes of ferrum in nephros - 55,3 +/- 2,26, in muscles - 134 +/- 26,6 mkg/g, and in liver - 565 +/- 35,5 mkg/g after administration of Feravet. There were the following index of zinc in nephros - 56,3 +/- 2,64, in muscles -25, 8 +/- 1,23 and in liver - 84,4 +/- 3,29 mkg/g after administration of Zinkovet. There were the following indexes of cuprum in nephros - 4,1 +/- 0,325, in muscles - 2,33 +/- 0,117, and in liver - 12,3 +/- 1,12 mkg/g after administration of Cuprovet. There were the following indexes of cobalt in nephros - 40,35 +/- 2,29, in muscles - 12,5 +/- 0,98, and in liver - 126,5 +/- 10,45 ng/g after administration of Cobalvet. Parameters of toxicity of all preparations were by the example of laboratory mice, rats and calves given. Content of trace elements in blood of calves in dynamics of the experiment was analyzed. There were determined parameters of acute toxicity of the analyzed preparations: they all could be referred to substance hazard category 4 (low-hazardous substances). The determined parameters of acute toxicity made it possible to recommend them for treatment and prophylaxis of microelementoses of cattle, as well as to use them as feed additives taking into consideration that defect action levels of the analysed preparations exceed the deficiency needs of cattle in case of their limited cumulation

Investigation of efficiency of electrochemically active solutions in complex therapy of calves with diseases of the digestive apparatus and respiratory organs was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Calves diseased with dyspepsia and bronchopneumonia were chosen for investigation of gastrointestinal diseases and respiratory diseases. At the first stage there was studied the therapeutic efficacy of water solution of electrochemically active neutral anolyte and sodium hypochloride solution Akvamed for calves sick with dyspepsia. At the second stage there was analyzed the therapeutic efficacy of 0,04 % solution sodium hypochloride Akvamed for the treatment of bronchopneumonia of calves. Research results showed that inclusion into complex therapeutic regimen of calves of electrochemically active solutions promoted the reduction of disease duration and severity. Electrochemically active solutions had high biocidal activity and could be produced in large volumes, had practical safety, low price and acute therapeutic effect

Realization of veterinary and sanitary examination of meat and slaughter products of calves treated with hyperimmune serum against cattle colibacillosis was conducted in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There were formed two groups calves of 3-5 days old. Calves of the first group were treated with serum biological preparation of trial series produced at Vitebsk Biofabrika (Belarus). Calves of the second group were intact animals. Calves of each group were killed in 14 days after preparation application for realization of veterinary-sanitary examination. Slaughter meat was studied in accordance with the following indexes: pH; peroxidase activity; presence of products of primary protein breakdown; moisture content; relative biological value of meat; bacterial examination. The research results of organoleptic indicators showed that meat of both groups corresponded to the standards. Hyperimmune serum against colibacillosis of live-stock animals did not render negative influence on organoleptic, physical and chemical indexes of meat. Indexes of the relative biological value in meat of calves treated with the examined serum were higher than the similar indexes of intact animals. Meat of all examined animals did not have any germs of toxico-infections and toxicoses

In course of realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus evaluation of growing intensity and level of meat productivity depending on cattle sex there was conducted the scientific and economic experiment by an example of two groups of white-and-black bull-calves and heifer calves. In the first growing period the animals of experimental groups were fed with milk substitute. At the stage of completion of growing and fattening the bulls and heifers of experimental groups obtained ration containing haylage, plus 2 kg of flattened grains and 2 kg mixed fodders. Results of linear and weight indexes analysis showed that in changes of exterior of bulls and heifers of black-and-white breed there was noted a certain regularities in their growth and development. The most intensive growth and development of analyzed young cattle was stated at age from 6 till 12 months. At the same time, bulls exceeded heifers according to the main exterior indexes. According to the visual evaluation of bulls and heifers there were determined the differences in constitutional type

Feeding replacement calves of 369-460,8 kg of live weight with diets of non-degradable protein level that is 10% higher than approved norm increases metabolically energy transformation into weight gain energy from 19,10 to 20,81 MJ or at 9% that promotes increase of average daily weight gains at 5% and decrease of energy spends at 5% counted per 1 unit of energy for weight gain. Ejaculate volume is increased at 14% and sperm concentration – at 12%

It is determined on the basis of conducted researches on perfection of energy-protein nutrition norm of young cattle of 6-12 months of age that 11,5 MJ of exchange energy at 6-7 months of age and decease to 10 MJ for 12 month of age is needed in 1 kg of dry matter to get 1000 g of average daily weight gain. 8-9 g of digestible, 5 g of non-digestible protein should come for 1 MJ of exchange energy of a diet. 1 kg of DM (Dry Matter) should contain 133-150 g of crude and 46-54 g of non-digestible protein
