Влияние электроактивных растворов на микробный пейзаж желудочно-кишечного тракта животных

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the influence of electroactive solutions of anolyte neutral, catholyte alkaline and hypochlorite sodium on microbial flora of a gastro enteric path of calves and sheep. In course the realized research it was stated that more expressed action of anolyte neutral and hypochlorite sodium on beneficial microflora of animal intestines (namely, the decrease in quantity of some indexes) can probably be explained by an expressed antimicrobic action of the analyzed solutions. However, the quantitative changes occurring in composition of microbial flora were not so great and cannot cause radical changes of a microbial landscape of gastro-intestinal tract. Less expressed influence on microbial flora of intestines of calves and sheep rendered the solution of alkaline catholyte. Taking into consideration the expressed regenerative properties of the studied electroactive solution, it was possible to assume, that according to the mode of action of the preparation, its application will promote the increasing of protective forces of an organism without causing any radical changes of a microbial landscape of intestines of animals. The problem of influence of electroactive solutions on a microbial landscape of a gastro enteric tract of animals demands the further studying, however at the given stage it is possible to make a conclusion, that the quantitative changes of the microbial flora which were caused by application of the analyzed solutions, proved to be less fatal and did not render sharp negative influence on a microbial landscape as a whole. Taking into consideration data of the realized research it is possible to make a conclusion on possibility of application of the electro activated solutions of anolyte neutral, catholyte alkaline and hypochlorite sodium for treatment of gastro enteric tract diseases of agricultural animals.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed the influence of inclusion into broiler chickens diets of probiotoc preparation Bifidoflorin zhidkij (liquid) and prediotic veterinary drug Biofon AIL on the natural resistance, hematopoiesis, growth, metabolic function, development and viability of broiler chickens. In course of the study there was analyzed the dynamics of total haemoglobin, total protein of blood serum, albumins and globulins of broiler chickens which were fed with veterinary drugs probiotoc Bifidoflorin zhidkij and prediotic Biofon AIL. Indexes of chicken viability and life weight gain were marked. Research results showed that application of the presented veterinary preparations rendered the growth promoting action, lowering of disease incidence, increasing of chicken viability, increasing of live weight gain and stimulation of metabolic processes in the most intense period of poultry growing. All these factors were expressed in highest degree after the combined application of the probiotic and prebiotic veterinary drugs.

Creation of effective and easy-to-replicate in laboratory conditions culture medium for isolation of salmonella out of water, which could make it possible to increase the safety, authenticity and efficiency of bacteriological study of aquatic medium objects, was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of the numorous preliminary experiments there was developed an enrichment medium containing the following: nutrient yeast (5 g/l); potassium phosphate monosubstituted (8,6 g/l); sodium hydrate (1,4 g/l); 0,1% brilliant green solution (5 cm3/l); 0,01% solution of crystal violet (10 cm3/l); distilled water (1 l). The analyzed medium was estimated in accordance with the following propertiesd: medium sensitivity; efficiency; inhibition of bacteria growing. Research result showed that the experimental medium was more sensitive in comparison with the selenite one. Studying of the efficiency of the compared media showed that accumulation of test strains of S. enteritidis on the experimental medium was in 10E4 times higher, S. typhi – in 10E3; S. typhiniurium, S. anatum was in 10 times higher than at selenite media. The experimental studies proved that the experimental culture medium for salmonella isolation out of city water and surface water was more sensitive and easier to use than the selenite medium

Comparative evaluation of the influence of cell-free probiotic preparation Laktimet and cellular probiotic Bifilak on productivity, livability, nonspecific response of suckling piglets in the early extrauterine life was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus.Application of both probiotics increased the productivity of suckling pigs, stimulated the processes of metabolism and natural protection of organism in the early postnatal period in the conditions of specialized pig breeding complexes. Research results showed, that application of brand new cell-free probiotic Laktimet exercised higher influence on suckling pigs. Application of Laktimet made it possibler to increase piglets body weight gain on 7,8%; piglet livability - on 6,7%; and application cellular probiotic preparation Bifilak - on 5,4% and 3,3%, respectively. The same tendency was noted during the analysis of indexes of cellular factors of organism protection. Bactericidal activity of blood serum of experimental animals changed both in connection with age, and under influence of probiotic preparations. During all studied periods the bactericidal activity of blood serum was authentically (P less than 0,05) above in experimental groups in comparison with a control group. At 20-days old piglets there was stated the strengthening of bactericidal activity of blood serum. Throughout all period of experiment the superiority of trial animals over control on indicators of lysozyme activity of blood serum was observed

Research on preserving ability of the biological preserving agent Bioplant for grass and maize silage making was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Application of Bioplant in course of grasess and maize encilaging promoted the faster accumulation of the significant amount of milk acid and decreasing of рН up to 4,1-4,2. Silage which was prepared with preserving agent Bioplant corresponded to the top grade of quality. Application of Bioplant for preparation of siloed forages promoted the reduction of losses at their storage. For example, in grass-legume and cereal silage there was a reduction of dry matter losses in comparison with control silage - on 4,7 and 4,2%, crude protein - on 5,6 and 5,0%, respectively. In maize silage the addition of the preserving agent there was stated the decreasing of nutrient losses in comparison with the control: dry matter - on 5,2%, crude protein - on 6,2%. Feeding of wedder hogs with the silage preserved by the preserving agent Bioplant provided higher digestibility of crude protein in comparison with the control group: on 3,2% in the conditions of grass-legume silage use, on 2,4% - in the conditions of feeding with cereals, and on 2,9% - in the conditions of feeding with maize silage

The diseases of newborn calves with a diarrhea syndrome are the most often registered. Application of the prebiotic preparations Biofon and Biofon-AIL to newborn calves daily with colostrum, milk or water in a dose of 20 ml within 20 days, allows to normalize intestinal digestion of an organism of young growth of calves at the expense of activization of microbiocenosis, stimulates metabolism and nonspecific resistance. Use of prebiotics allows to lower disease of young growth at Biofon application on 20%, Biofon-AIL - on 30% and to increase daily average additional weight gain of calves accordingly on 10,4% and 15,9%. Medical and preventive efficiency of application of prebiotic and probiotic preparations at enteritises at calves reaches 80-90%. Prebiotic preparations Biofon and Biofon-AIL make active nonspecific humoral immunity and exchange processes at newborn calves and can successfully be used for preventive maintenance and therapy of diseases of newborn calves with a diarrhea syndrome | У новорожденных телят наиболее часто регистрируются заболевания с диарейным синдромом. Применение пребиотических препаратов Биофон и Биофон АИЛ новорожденным телятам ежедневно с молозивом, молоком или водой в дозе 20 мл в течение 20 дней, позволяет нормализовать кишечное пищеварение организма молодняка за счет активизации микробиоценоза, стимулируют обмен веществ и неспецифическую резистентность. Использование пребиотиков позволяет снизить заболеваемость молодняка при применении биофона -на 20%, биофона-АИЛ - на 30% и увеличить среднесуточные привесы массы телят соответственно на 10,4% и 15,9%. Лечебная и профилактическая эффективность применения пребиотических и пробиотических препаратов при энтеритах у телят достигает 80-90%. Пребиотики Биофон и Биофон АИЛ активизируют неспецифический гуморальный иммунитет и обменные процессы у новорожденных телят и могут успешно использоваться для профилактики и терапии заболеваний новорожденных телят с диарейным синдромом

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the propagation of associative parasitic diseases of swine of different age-specific groups, as well as their influence on composition of microbial flora of large intestinal tract. As a result of realized studies in different age-sex groups of pigs there were revealed some monoinfections (A. suum; T. suis; Eimeria sp.) and associations (A. sum; T. suis; Eimeria sp.; Oesophagostomum dendatum; B. coli) in different ratio (depending on sex and age-specific groups). There were revealed a certain peculiar features in changing of microbiocenosis of large intestinal tract of swine under the influence of parasitic agents (namely, in cases of parasitic diseases caused by A. suum; T. suis; Eimeria sp.; O. dendatum; B. coli both in the form of mono infestations and in associations). These features were expressed by lowering of standard flora quantity (bifid bacterium and lactic acid bacillus) with a simultaneous increasing of the content of opportunistic coliform bacillus, aerobic bacteria, bacilli, and micromycetes.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was determined the influence of multi-enzymatic veterinary drug preparations Vitazim (contained a complex of enzymes of carbohydrases: xilanase; cellulose; beta-glucanase) and Ehkosim (universal multi-enzymatic complex: beta-glucanase; endo-xilase; and cellulase) on microbial composition of intestinal bacterial population. Research was realized by an example of layer hens of four-linear cross Highsex white at the age of 34-51 weeks. Regimens of administration of the analyzed preparations were presented. Research results showed promoted the development of the regenerative process of physiological media in intestines of poultry which was necessary for subsisting of normal flora of pathogenic bacteria. The studied preparations Vitazim and Ehkosim can be applied for the preventive treatment and therapy of intestinal dysbacteriosis, normalization of its microbial flora, as well as for the antibacterial therapy.

Determination of interactions of monoinfestations and associations of parasites with the normal microflora of intestines of sheep was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In the conditions of low associative infestations with Moniezia sp., Strongylata and Strongyloides nematodes, Eimeria protozoa there were stated changes in intestine microflora of sheep: sharp decrease of quantity of bifidus bacteria and lactic acid bacillus, colibacilli with the simultaneous presence of lactose-negative Bacillus coli, increasing number of aerobic bacteria. Recovery of monieziae in the conditions of presence in parasitocoenosis composition of nematodes of suborder Strongylata and Strongyloides species, Eimeria promoted the restoration of quality and quantity composition of microflora of sheep gastrointestinal tract

Complex application Alveozan and Dialact conducts to the increase of perservance of birds on 2,1%, daily average additional weight on 3,6%, and also to the decrease in expenses of forages counting on 1 kg of a gain of live weight by 4,1%. Complex influence of Alveozan and Dialact stimulates growth and development lacto- and bifidoflora in a gastroenteric path, reduces quantity of aerobic microorganisms and oppresses a reproduction and settling of a gastroenteric path by bacteria intestinally-paratyphus groups. The economic efficiency of wording out 11,1 rubles on 1 ruble of additional expenses
