In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was developed a production technology and there were produced samples of lyophilizated live vaccine against Aujeszky's disease of swine which corresponded to all parameters of control. The vaccine had an expressed phylactic power, induced the development of long-lived immunity of vaccinated piglets.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was made a hepatospecific metabolic profile of cattle blood serum for complex appraisal of liver functional condition. Age-specific peculiarities of biochemical indices including the composition of hepatospecific metabolic profile of cattle blood serum were revealed. On the basis of obtained results there were calculated the appropriate correction coefficients which must be taken into consideration in objective interpretation of laboratory research.

Usage of biological preparation of high antibacterial activity allows to decrease the air pollution by bacteria of colon bacillus group at 25-100%, increase productivity at 17-67 g, safety – at 0,4%, resistance, protein metabolism, protein fractions and some other indices (lysozyme and betalysine activity, leucocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, AST, ALT, urea, cholesterol, bilirubin and glucose)

Results of studying the local of irritating properties of preparative forms of marsh cinquefoil (Comarum palustre) which were intended for treatment of parasitic of diseases of animals, namely, strongylatosis of gastro-intestinal tract of sheep and calves realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were presented. Preparative forms of Comarum palustre (liquor, tincture, liquid extract and powder) had poorly expressed irritating properties after application into skin of animals and weak irritating action, excluding native forms of tincture and liquid extract on mucous coat eye, that confirms their low toxicity action as a whole on organism of animals.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus after fasciolosis invasion of cattle for the biochemical diagnostics of liver pathologies there was composed a hepatospecific metabolic profile of blood serum of cattle into which there were included several enzymes (alanine aminotransferase; aspartate aminotransferase; gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase; alkaline phosphatase; and cholinesterase), content of total albumin, serum albumin, total cholesterin and total bilirubin, as well as colloid tests (thymol turbidity test and test for apoliproteins). There was revealed a intrahepatic cholestasis developed during fasciolosis infestation, as well as dysproteinemia as a compensatory mechanism of liver proteinsyntetic function.
