Usage of boars of meat breeds Yorkshire, Duroc and Landrace of Canadian selection for crossing them with cross and pure breeds of sows promotes increase of fattening and meat-fat productivity of the obtained hybrids. The best parameters of feeding efficiency the hybrid young growth of combinations (BMхL)хL and (BMхL)хD at which the age of achievement of alive weight of 100 kg and a daily average gain has made 177,2 day (P less than 0,001) and 803 g (P less than 0,001), 179,5 day (P less than 0,001) and 801 g (P less than 0,001), differed at expenses of a forage of 3,38-3,40 fodder units accordingly

Usage of preservatives Kormoplus 1 and 2 lets us produce the silage of a highest quality and raise dry substance integrity at 8,7%, protein - at 12-9,4%. The researches determined that cereal silage, prepared with supplement Kormoplus 1 and 2, lets us raise digestibility of dry substance at 5,5% and 3,7%, organic substance - at t 5,5 and 4,0%, fiber- at 16,5 and 15,0% and raise nitrogen sediment at 17,4 and 20,8%. These forages didn't have any negative influence at health and biochemical performance of cow blood

Analysis of manifestation of chlamydial infection of cattle in the conditions of forage affect with mycotoxins was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that chlamydial infection proceeded in association with aflatoxin, T-2 toxin, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone and ochratoxin. In course of the biochemical analysis there was noted the lowering of carotene on 23%, and vitamin A – in two times; also there was slight lowering of alkaline reserve. The obtained data proved the substantial changes in content of sub-populations of lymphocytes in cow blood in dry and postnatal period. During the immunological study of immunoglobulins in blood serum of cows sick with postpartum chlamydial endometritis it was revealed that titre of immunoglobulin A was on 31% higher. For the well-timed prevention and treatment of sick animals there was analyzed the therapeutic efficiency of a produced survivor serum against acute respiratory diseases of sheep and lambs, as well as Catosal in combination with Nitox 200 against the mixed flow of parainfluenza-3, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial, chiamydial and pasteurellosis infection. Comparative efficiency of all mentioned preparations was presented. Research results showed the correct and timely application of drug preparations as well as their qualitative selection made it possible to lower the death cases. Application of the presented survivor serum in combination with Nitox 200 and Catosal made it possible to lower the loss of cattle in 4-5 times and increase the viability rate of animals

Investigation of frequency of occurrence and manifestations of liver pathology of swine during the postmortem examination at meat packing plant of the Republic of Belarus was realized. Data analysis of reports of postmortem veterinary-sanitary examination gathered from two leasing national meat packing plants showed that out of 236187 of evaluated swine carcasses and organs in 40860 (17,3%) of cases there were registered different liver pathologies. Among the total number of liver pathologies in 5721 cases (14%) there were stated liver pathologies caused by invasive diseases (echinococcus disease (Echinococcus granulosus) – 1,5%; cysticercosis – 0,2%; migration traces of ascarid larva - 12,3%), and 31830 cases (86%) were caused by noncontagious diseases. The highest percentage among noncontagious liver diseases was stated for dystrophic organ changes (83,6%); the other 17,2% were caused by fibroid induration. During the morphological liver analysis there were stated the dystrophic and necrotic changes in fractions with the profound disturbance of blood circulation. At the same there was noted the disturbance of the whole fraction stricture, acute capillary engorgement in the central and peripheral zones

Evaluation of a quantity and phagocyte activity of leucocytes, immunoglobulins, T- and B-lymphocytes in blood serum of sheep in the process of stimulation of central nervous system with caffeine sodiobenzoate for the increasing of nonspecific animal resistance was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Romanov yeld ewes were divided into two groups. Experimental sheep were entered caffeine sodiobenzoate intramuscularly in dose 0,012 g/kg of live weight twice a day with 6 hours interval. Controlled group of sheep were entered physiological salt solution in accordance with the same scheme. Blood samples were taken before preparation entering and after 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours of test beginning. Immunoglobulin concentration in blood serum was estimated by electrophoresis method in polyacrylamide gel. Quantity of T- and B- lymphocytes was estimated by active rosette test. Phagocyte activity of leucocytes was estimated with application of germ culture St. albus. Leucocytes number was accounted in Gorjaev's chamber. Research results showed that under conditions of central nervous system stimulation by caffeine sodiobenzoate there was stated the increasing of nonspecific resistance. It was proved by the increasing of the total number and phagocytic activity of leukocytes, immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA and IgM), T- and B- lymphocytes

Efficiency of cultivation of cow preimplantation embryos and support of pluripotent properties in different nutritive media was analyzed; a method of getting early embryos in vitro for the genetically engineered purposes was developed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Oocyte separation was realized in 3; 3-6; 6-9; and 9-12 hours after ovariectomy for the studying of the influence of storage period of ovaries on the output qualitative embryos. Oocyte separation was realized by bisection with adding of 1% of fetal cattle serum, 10 units/ml of gentamicin and 1 unit/ml of heparin. Oocyte-cumulus complexes maturing took place in CO2-bath with 5% of CO2 in atmosphere of maximum humidity and temperature of 38 deg C in TS-199 (Sigma) media with entering of 25 mM/l of buffer Hepes, 10 unit/ml of gentamicin and biologically active substance (20 % of fetal calf serum, 10 mg/ml of bovine serum albumin and 5 % of estrous cow serum with 10 mg/ml of bovine serum albumin). Research result showed that application of 10 mg/ml of bovine serum albumin into TS-199 media made it possible to increase the yield of cattle embryos at the preimplantation stages in vitro conditions on 19,1%, as well as to increase the fetal calf serum in quantity 15% to the nutritive media volume up to 16,0 %. Application of sodium pyruvate and calcium lactate in the process of cultivation of early cattle embryos obtained in vitro conditions made it possible to increase the yield of preimplantation embryos on 5,4 %. Specifically, the level of transformation of morulas into blastocysts was 44,4 %

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized clinical, biochemical, pathological-anatomical and histologic analysis of the efficiency of the national Tsinkovet (Zincovet) preparation doses in cases of experimental liver dystrophy caused by tetrachloromethane of white mice. For the modeling of toxic hepato-dystrophy there was applied tetrachloride carbon. Five tested and 2 controlled groups of scrub white mice were prepared. There were 23-29 mice in each group. Weight of mouse was 18 – 20 g. Conditions of feeding and keeping were the same in each group. 181 mice were used in the test. 5 ml/ kg of carbon tetrachloride was entered subdermal to tested group and the first controlled group mice once a day two days along. Tested dozes were estimated based on preparation toxicity. Maximum doze was 3 mg in 0,5 ml of distilled water for one mouse (1-st group - 3 mg, 2-nd group - 2, 75 mg, 4-th group - 2, 25 mg and 5-th group - 2 mg). Mice mortality was noticed during the experiment. Results of influence of different doses of the studied preparation on liver specific weight and variations of body mass were presented. Activity of amplifiers (succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), glutamate dehydrogenase (GLDH), aspartate aminotransferase (GOT), alanine-aminotransferase (GPT) in blood serum of mice after administration of tetrachloromethane and Tsinkovet preparation was analyzed. Drawings of liver acinus of hepatic steatosis were given. Research results proved that the analyzed zinc containing preparation substantially lowered the toxic action of tetrachloromethane and promoted the regeneration of liver cells
