Влияние натрия тиосульфата и витамина С на показатели костного мозга у поросят иммунизированных вакциной СПС

Morphological and structural changes in bone marrow of piglets which were immunized with produced in the Republic of Belarus SPS vaccine (against salmonellosis (Salmonella), pasteurellosis (Pasteurella) and streptococcus) in combination with immunostimulants and without them were analyzed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Piglets of the first group were vaccinated against salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and streptoccocusis by SPS vaccine. Piglets of the second group were vaccinated by SPS vaccine with vitamin C. Piglets of the third group were vaccinated by SPS vaccine with immunotstimulant sodium thiosulphate. The fourth (control) group of animals was administrated with normal saline. Animals were immunized twice, intramuscularly with 7 day interval in dose of 4 ml (primary), and 5 ml (secondary). Vitamin С was administrated in dose of 0,05g per head. Sodium thiosulfate was administrated in combination with the vaccine in 30% concentration. Alongside with myelogram there were derived formulas of different cell groups of bone marrow: leucoerythroblastic index; intramedullary index of neutrophil maturity; intramedullary index of eosinophile maturity. Detailed myelogram of piglets on the 14-th day after the second immunization was presented. Research results showed that in all groups of vaccinated animals there was noted the activation of myeloblastic hematogenesis and decreasing of erythropoeisis. Piglet immunization was accompanied by strengthening of myeloblastic hematogenesis, increased number of lymphocytes and plasma cells in bone marrow

Comparison of morphological changes in placenta in the conditions of physiological pregnancy and pregnancy complicated acute asphyxia in farrow with deadborn piglets was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There were realized complex clinical and morphological studies of placenta of pregnant sows. The experimental group was formed by pegnant sows with intranatally dead fetus because of acute asphyxia in course of farrowing caused by abnormality in placental circulation(prolapse of funis or loop of cord). The second (control) group consisted of healthy bred sows with physiological farrowing and alive newborn piglets. The groups were comparable to age, number of farrowings (no more two) and housing conditions. Detailed macrographic examinations of placenta (form, size, square, weight, volume, fetus-plecentary coefficient, amnion status and so on) and cord were realized. The research result showed that in the conditions of a complicated pregnancy in the thickness index placenta there were visualized a lot of connective tissue changed locus, infarcts as well as areas, and changes in morphometric indexes. All mentioned above factors proved to be a morphological substrate of fetoplacental insufficiency, which subsequently caused asphyxia, hypoxia, small-for-gestational-age fetus, and dead birth

Development of a new national preparation for the preventive maintenance of cow mastitis, fissures of milking tubes skin of cow udder was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The preparation Maz' Solnechnaya ("Unguent Solnechnaya") did not contain antibiotics, hormones and other synthetic components. Natural components of a preparation provide long anti-inflammatory action, stimulate local blood circulation, regeneration of epidermis and accelerate processes of healing of microtraumas. Besides it possesses high efficiency at preventive maintenance of mastitises at cows.

Application of antiviral preparation Mixoferon for poultry is studied. It is established, that Mixoferon application does not influence negatively on organism of hens, increases intensivity of protein metabolism, including the maintenance of antibodies in blood whey. Mixoferon in dozes of 2,5 ml (500000 МЕ), 1,5 ml (300000 МЕ), 0,5 ml (100000 МЕ) can be used for preventive maintenance and therapy of virus infections of hens

In article results of studying of efficiency and quality of poultry-fanning production under influence chitosan are considered. It is established that the preparation promotes safety increase on 0,5%, efficiency on 6% and biological value of meat on 20% at chickens whom gave to drink chitosan in a dose of 5 mg/goal from 32 day age it) comparison with the control. Such technological reception leads to decrease the receipt in an organism of a chicken of microtoxins, heavy metals, products of a metabolism of bacteria

Results of researches on studying influence separate and combination feeding fermented compositions Fekord-2004C and biologically active additive Oxide Peat on energy of growth and protective properties of an organism of pigs – deprivation are stated. It is established that enrichment of mixed fodder investigated by the fodder fermented additive Fekord-2004C at the rate of 0,15 kg on ton of mixed fodder in combination application with biologically active substance Oxide Peat in a doze of 1,0 kg on ton of mixed fodder promotes increase of growth rate of pigs on development and to decrease of the charge of forages on unit of a gain of alive weight and safety of pigs

Feeding replacement calves of 369-460,8 kg of live weight with diets of non-degradable protein level that is 10% higher than approved norm increases metabolically energy transformation into weight gain energy from 19,10 to 20,81 MJ or at 9% that promotes increase of average daily weight gains at 5% and decrease of energy spends at 5% counted per 1 unit of energy for weight gain. Ejaculate volume is increased at 14% and sperm concentration – at 12%

Results of the scientifically-economic experience lead in farm Zarechje (Smolevichskij district of the Minsk area) have shown, that perfect metabolizable energy concentration in dry matter of a diet at milking period for first-calve cows is 11,7 MJ/kg. It allows to increase natural milk productivity at 8,24% (27,4 against 25,4 kg) and 4%-milk outcome – at 8,93% as well as effective usage of metabolizable energy for production up to 4,9% (P less than 0,01) and minimum of production warmth loses
