The efficiency of poultry farming is determined not by the expansion of existing livestock lines, but by an increase in the quality of productive and breeding birds of the parental forms of the studied breeds. Most of the economically important traits are polygenic in nature for research. Environmental factors have a significant influence on their manifestation. According to some studies, genetic factors significantly depend on body weight, egg weight and sexual maturity. As for embryonic and postembryonic viability, as well as the efficiency of feed use, they depend on environmental conditions by 85-95%. Egg weight growth curves for chickens of different breeds show that all breeds studied begin laying eggs at 6 months. The growth rate of egg mass changes with age.
