Results of research on the characteristics of flowering and fruiting of liana species introduced in the Absheron (Azerbaijan) have been shown in the paper. The age of the species entering the reproductive stage, the beginning and end of flowering, the duration of flowering, the onset of fruiting, the full ripening of fruits, the features of seed productivity, etc. were determined in the course of the research. All introduced lianas bloom profusely under the conditions of Absheron. The flowers of some of them, including Bougainvillea glabra Choisy, Campsis radicans (L.) Seem., Convolvulus tricolor L., Clematis vitalba L., Wisteria sinensis (Sims) Sweet and others, are quite decorative, and some, including species of the Araliaceae and Vitaceae families are plain. At the same time, it became known that although the species bloom profusely, some of them do not produce seeds in the conditions of Absheron, in particular Bougainvillea glabra Choisy, Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd., Hoya carnosa (L. fil.) R. Br., Jasminum officinale L. etc. species.
