ارزیابی اثر فاضلاب شهری و زمان آبیاری بر واکنش‌های کمی و کیفی گیاه زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) | Evaluation of the effect of municipal wastewater and irrigation time on quantitative and qualitative reactions of saffron (Crocus sativus L.)

Persian. زعفران گیاهی استراتژیک تلقی می‌شود که ارزش کمی و کیفی آن می‌تواند بر اقتصاد کشاورزی مناطق کم‌آب حائز اهمیت باشد. بدین منظور تحقیقی در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با دو فاکتور نوع منبع آبیاری (آب چاه W1 و پساب تصفیه شده فاضلاب شهری W2) و زمان آبیاری (عرف منطقه یا 15 مهر T1، 15 روز تاخیر T2 و 30 روز تاخیر T3) انجام شد. نتایج میانگین مربعات نشان دادند، صفات کمی (تعدادگل، وزن تازه گل، وزن خشک کلاله، وزن خشک خامه و شاخص درشتی گل) زعفران در فاکتور زمان آبیاری، نوع منبع آبیاری و تقابل دو فاکتور فاقد ارتباط معنی‌دار شده و نتایج میانگین مربعات صفات کیفی (پیروکسین،کروسین، سافرانال، رطوبت، کپک و میکروارگانیسم کل) زعفران در فاکتور زمان آبیاری و تقابل زمان آبیاری در نوع منبع آبیاری غیر معنی‌دار شدند ولی صفات رطوبت و میکروارگانیسم کل در صفت نوع منبع آبیاری در سطح یک درصد معنی‌دار شدند. نتایج نشان دادند بیش‌ترین مقدار برای صفات کمی تعداد گل و وزن خشک کلاله برای تیمار W1T1 به ترتیب با مقادیر51 عدد گل در یک متر مربع و 79/0 گرم در یک متر مربع شد. همچنین برای صفات کیفی کروسین، سافرانال و میکروارگانیسم کل تیمار W2T3 به ترتیب با مقادیر 261 و 6/32 (حداکثر جذب ) و 203333 عدد در هر گرم بیشترین مقدار در بین تیمارهای تحقیق بدست آمد.

English. Saffron is considered a strategic plant whose quantitative and qualitative value can be important on the agricultural economy of water-scarce areas. For this purpose, a randomized complete block design study was conducted with two factors of type of irrigation source (well water W1 and wastewater of urban W2) and irrigation time (regional custom or 15 mehr (October)T1, 15 days T2 delay and 30 days T3 delay). The results of the average squares showed that quantitative traits (number of flowers, fresh flower weight, dry weight of stigma, dry weight of cream and large flower index) of saffron in irrigation time factor, type of irrigation source and the interaction of two factors without significant relationship and results of average squares of traits Qualitative (pyroxine, crocin, saffron, moisture, mold and total microorganism) Saffron had no significant relationship in irrigation time factor and irrigation time contrast in irrigation type, but moisture and total microorganism traits in significant type of irrigation source at the level of 1% were significant. Were. The results showed that the highest value for quantitative traits was the number of flowers and the dry weight of stigmas for W1T1 treatment with 51 flowers per square meter and 0.79 g / m2, respectively. Also, for the qualitative traits of crocin, safranal and microorganisms, the total W2T3 treatment with values of 261 and 32.6 (maximum absorption) and 203333 units per gram, respectively, was the highest value among the research treatments.
