Show more [+] Less [-]English. Taking corn straw stalk as material, using link mold pellet pelletizer, carried on the pellet fuel manufacture experiment was carried on. Through single factor experiment, the influence of moisture content, material size and fermentation time on particle density and granulation rate were studied. Using Quadratic regression orthogonal rotating combination experiment,established mathematics equation of the factors and the straw pellet fuel granulation rate was established, and important degree of each experimental factor on granulation rate was analyzed. Through the optimized computation, definite optimization parameter of the highest granulation rate was: raw material moisture content 20%, fermentation time 4h, particle size 1.66mm, straw stalk pellet fuel granulation rate was 97.53%. The result of verifying experiment indicated that the optimal parameter combination and the predicted data measured were consistent.
